Sealed competitive tenders are invited supply of various pre - printed forms required for the Trade Test Wing of Industrial Training Dpartment .
Tender No. and Items - E 4 63/ 10 -Procurement of pre printed forms (B forms and PNTG form) (Details are avialable at the office of the under signed on working days ) .
Cost of tender form (including 12.5 % + VAT) :
Original- Rs . 415 .
Duplicate- Rs . 208 .
Last date and time of sale of tender-27-9-2010 , 3 p.m.
Last date and time of receipt of sealed tenders- 28-9-2010, 4 р . m.
Date and time of opening of sealed tenders- 29-9-2010 , 11 a. m .
The cost of the tender forms willbe accepted only by cash or Money Order . The tender should be superscribed with tender No. and date and addressed to the Director of Training , Industrial Training Department , Thycaud, Thiruvananthapuram -14 . Late tenders will not be accepted . One per cent of the total cost quoted should be enclosed as Earnest Money Deposit . Validity period for the quoted prise shall be 3 months from the date of opening the tenders , otherwise the tenders will be rejected. Tenders in original should be accompanied by preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 (Rupees fifty only) otherwise the tender will not be considered . Stamp Paper will be forwarded to the firms outside Kerala ,Kerala, if required by remitting Rs . 75 ( Rupees seventy five only) separately by Tender No.- B5/01/2010 .

വ്യാവസായിക പരിശീലന വകുപ്പിൻറെ ട്രേഡ് ടെസ്റ് നടത്തിപ്പിനാവശ്യമായ പ്രിൻറഡ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യാൻ താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .

ഇവയുടെ സംഭരണം ദർഘാസ് നമ്പ്, ഇനം ഇ -1 /63 / 10- ബിഫോം പി . എൻ , ററി , സി . (വിശദ വിവരങ്ങൾ താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന അധികാരി യുടെ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ലഭ്യമാകുന്നതാണ്" .

The cover containing tenders should be super- scribed B5/01/10 dated 7-8-2010 and addressed to the Principal , Govt . I. T. I. , Chackai . Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be received up to 2 p . m . on 14-9-2010 . The tenders will be opened at 3 p . m . on 14-9-2010 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized represent- atives who may be present at that time.

a Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal , Government I. TI . , Chackai obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by cash remittance of Rs. 300 which is the price fixed for a form/ set of forms and which is not refundable under any circumstances . Kerala stamp paper required for executing preliminary agreement along which the tender will be ] provided to firms outside Kerala, if they remit an amount of Rs . 125 by money order separately. The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p . m . on 13-9-2010 . Cheques , Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms , nor will the forms be sent as V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued on remittance of cost .

ദർഘാസ് വില പണമായിട്ടോ മണിഓർഡറായിട്ടോ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുളളു . ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ , തീയതി എന്നിവ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകൾ " ഡയറക്‌ടർ , വ്യാവസായിക പരിശീലന വകുപ്പ് , തൈക്കാട് , തിരുവനന്തപുരം -145 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്ന ഒറിജിനൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . താമസിച്ചു ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് (പ്രമാണത്തോടൊപ്പം ആകെ വിലയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യവും 50 രൂപ ( അൻപത് രൂപ മാത്രം ) വിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക കരാർ പത്രവും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ മൂന്നു മാസം വരെ വില നിരക്ക് പ്രാബല്യത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം . അല്ലാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ള കമ്പനി മുദ്രപ്പത്രം ആവശ്യമുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ 75 രൂപ (എഴുപത്തി അഞ്ച് രൂപ മാത്രം) മണിഓർഡറായി അയച്ചുതന്നാൽ ഈ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രപ്പത്രം വാങ്ങി അയച്ചുതരുന്നതാണ് ( മണിയോർഡർ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളു ) . ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണം കൈമാാറം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല . ആവശ്യമായ ഇ.എം.ഡി. ഉളളടക്കം ചെയ്യാത്ത ടെണ്ടറുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ് .

SHORT TENDER NOTICE
എന്ന ദർഘാസുകളുടെ കവറിനുമുകളിൽ 1 5/1/10 , തീയതി 7-8-2010 എന്ന് വ്യക്തമായി രേഖപ്പെടു ത്തേണ്ടതും ആയവ (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഗവഗവൺമെൻറ് ഐ . ററി , ഐ . , ചാക്ക മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ നിശ്ചിത തീയതിക്ക മുൻപായി ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കേ ണ്ടതുമാണ് . അവസാന തീയതിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ 14-9-2010, 2 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന വരുടെയോ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ മുമ്പിൽ വച്ച് 3 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും .
