ഗവർണ്ണർക്കു വേണ്ടി ദക്ഷിണ മേഖലാ സൂപ്രണ്ടിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ , നിരത്തുകളും പാലങ്ങളും വിഭാഗം , തിരുവനന്തപുരം താഴെ പറയുന്ന പണിക്ക് വകുപ്പിലെ ദർഘാസുകൾ അംഗീകൃത കരാറുകാരിൽനിന്നും പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ வே " ആലേഖനം ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകളിൽ തപാൽവഴ ഷെഡ്യൂളിൻറെ ദർഘാസ് ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു . തപാലിൽ ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന കാലതാമസ ത്തിന ഈ വകുപ്പ് ഉത്തരവാദിയായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം ദർഘാസ് രസീത് കൂടെ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അന്നേ ദിവസം 4.30 - ന് ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ രജിസ്റേറർഡ് തപാലിലോ അതിവേഗ തപാലിലോ ഏൽപ്പിക്കേണ്ട താണ് . കൊറിയർ മുഖേനയുളള ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
ദർഘാസ് നമ്പരും പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ പേരപേരും അടങ്കൽ തുകയും-- 65 / എസ്എസ്‌.ഇ.എസ്.സി . /2010-11- പത്തനംതിട്ട ജില്ല പള്ളിക്കൽ പഞ്ചായത്ത് നെല്ലിമുകൾ മുണ്ടപ്പളളി റോ ഡിലുളള ചെ . 01050 പുത്തൻവീട്ടിൽ പാ ല ത്തി ൻെറ നിർമ്മാണം- പ്രകൃതി ദുരന്ത നിവാരണ പദ്ധതികൾ 2009 രൂപ 40 ലക്ഷം .
നിരതദ്രവ്യം രൂപ 50,000 .
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില - രൂപ 6,000 + ST .
കൊടുക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും- 9-9-2010 മുതൽ 13-9-2010 , ദർഘാസ് 3 മണി വരെ .
ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയും സമയവും 16-9-2010 , 4 മണിവരെ , കരാറുകാരുടെ തരംതിരിവ് 'എ ' & 'ബി ' ക്ലാസ് . പണി ചെയ്തുതീർക്കേണ്ട കാലാവധി- 4 മാസം .
പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിലെ ദർഘാസിനെ നിബന്ധനകളും ഇതിനും സംബന്ധിച്ച എല്ലാ ബാധകമാണ് .

ആലേഖനം ഗവർണ്ണർക്കുവേണ്ടി ദക്ഷിണമേഖലാ സൂപ്രണ്ടിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ , നി ര ത്തു ക ളും പാലങ്ങളും വിഭാഗം , തിരുവനന്തപുരം താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന പണിക്ക് വകുപ്പിലെ അംഗീകൃത കരാറുകാരിൽനിന്നും ദർഘാസുകൾ പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ 20 ചെയ്തിട്ടുളള മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകളിൽ തപാൽവഴി ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു . തപാലിൽ ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന കാലതാമസ ത്തിന് ഈ വകുപ്പ് ഉത്തരവാദിയായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം ദർ ഘാ സ് ഷെഡ്യൂളിൻറെ രസീത് കൂടെ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അന്നേദിവസം 4.30 - ന് ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ രജിസ്റോഡ് തപാലിലോ അതിവേഗ തപാലിലോ ഏൽപ്പിക്കേണ്ട താണ് കൊറിയർ മുഖേനയുളള ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
