Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Refrigerators for the use in various Jail Institutions.
ജയിലുകളിലെ ആവശ്യ കേരളത്തിലെ വിവിധ ത്തിനായി റഫ്രിജറോറർ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .
of The tender should be superscribed with the Number, Name of tender and addressed to the Additional Director General Police (Prisons) , Prisons Headquarters, Poojappura, Thiruvananthapuram- 12 . The PAC of the tender will be Rs . 1,00,000 . ( Rupees one lakh only) . anar
ദർഘാസിൻറ മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ അടങ്ങിയ കവറിനുമുകളിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുവാനുദേശിക്കുന്ന ക്രമനമ്പരും പേരും എഴുതി അഡീഷണൽ ഡയറക്ടർ ജനറൽ ഓഫ് പോലീസ് ( (പ്രിസൺസ് ) , ജയിൽ തിരുവനന്തപുരം -12 എന്ന ആസ്ഥ‌ാന കാര്യാലയം , വിലാസത്തിൽ നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് .

ദർഘാസുകൾ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യം സഹിതം സമർപ്പി ക്കേണ്ട അവസാന ຫາວ 30-9-2010-03 m. ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടവരുടെയോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ 4 മണിക്ക് ടെണ്ടറുകൾ തുറക്കുന്ന അന്നേദിവസം തായിരിക്കും.
Tender forms may be obtained from the office of the Additional Director General of Police (Prisons) on working days during office hours .
The cost of tender forms shall not be refunded under any circumstances . Sale of tender forms will be closed at I p.m. on 29-9-2010 .

The envelope containing the tenders should be superscribed as " Tender No.

The tenders will be opened at 11 a . m. on the date specified below against each tenders in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time . Intending tenderers can be obtain tender forms directly or by registered post on payment by Money Order from the Principal , Medical College , Calicut . Each tenderers should send along with the tender an agreement signed and executed in Kerala Govt . Stamp Paper worth Rs . 100 and EMD @ 1 % of the total cost of the items tendered for .
Rate should be quoted against payment in Indian Rupees only . The tenders without the required Earnest Money Deposit and agreement and not satisfying other tender conditions are liable to be rejected without any notice. If requested the equipment should be demonstrated . Tender forms are not trans- ferable . Cheque , Draft , Postage stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . Duplicate copy of tender forms can be obtained on payment . Further details can be had from the Office of the Principal , Medical College, Kozhikode during working hours .
