(GREF) has deposited with this Court a sum of Rs. 3,73,800 (Rupees Three lakhs seventythree thousand and eight hundred only) as compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased Sri Anil, C. who met with a fatal accident while employed under the GREF and whereas it is reported that

എന്ന തൊഴിലുടമയുടെ കീഴിൽ ജോലി നോക്കിവരവെ അപക ടമു≠ായി 27-3-2006-ാം തീയതി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ഗോപി എന്ന മാധവൻ എന്ന തൊഴിലാളിയുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി റോഡ് ബിൽഡർ (എം) എസ്. ഡി. എൻ.

ബി. എച്ച്. ഡി. 1,28,061 രൂപ (ഒരു ലക്ഷത്തി ഇരുപത്തെട്ടാ യിരത്തി അറുപത്തൊന്ന് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്. വർക്ക്മെൻസ് കോമ്പൻസേഷൻ ആക്ടിലെ 2 (1) (ഡി) വകുപ്പനുസരിച്ച് നിർവചിച്ചപ്രകാരം മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. ഗോപി എന്ന മാധവന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി (1) ദാക്ഷായണി- ഭാര്യ, (2) രതീഷ്-മകൻ (മൈനർ), (3) സതീഷ്-മകൻ (മൈനർ) എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളുവെന്ന് പാലക്കാട് ഒന്നാം സർക്കിൾ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ലേബർ ഓഫീസർ അറിയിച്ചിട്ടു≠്. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റ് ആരെങ്കിലുമു≠െ ങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുൻപാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു14th SEPT. 2010] LABOUR DEPARTMENT 103 അവകാശവാദവും ഉന്നയിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ മുഴുവൻ തുകയും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

എസ്. ഗോവിന്ദസ്വാമി, നമ്പർ 23/എ, ചിന്നമടത്തുപാളയം, ഒളപാളയം എന്ന തൊഴിലുടമയുടെ കീഴിൽ ജോലിനോക്കി വരവെ അപകടമു≠ായി 16-8-2001-ാം തീയതി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. ഉണ്ണികൃഷ്ണൻ എന്ന തൊഴിലാളിയുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി നാഷണൽ ഇൻഷ്വറൻസ് കമ്പനി 8,06,693 രൂപ (എട്ടുലക്ഷത്തി ആറായിരത്തി അറുന്നൂറ്റി തൊണ്ണൂറ്റി മൂന്ന് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്. വർക്ക്മെൻസ് കോമ്പൻസേഷൻ ആക്ടിലെ 2 (1) (ഡി) വകുപ്പനുസരിച്ച് നിർവചിച്ചപ്രകാരം മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. ഉണ്ണികൃഷ്ണന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി (1) ശ്രീ. ക≠ൻ (പിതാവ്) 67 വയസ്സ്, (2) ശ്രീമതി രു‹ിണി (മാതാവ്) 56 വയസ്സ് എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളുവെന്ന് പാലക്കാട് ര≠ാം സർക്കിൾ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ലേബർ ഓഫീസർ അറിയിച്ചിട്ടു≠്. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാ ണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റ് ആരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുൻപാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ഉന്നയിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ മുഴുവൻ തുകയും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

(മാതാവ്), (3) സൈഫുന്നീസ (സഹോദരി), മുരിങ്ങേക്കൽ ഹൗസ്, പാരതപൊയിൽ, പൂളക്കോട്, നായർകുഴി പി. ഒ., ആർ. ഇ. സി. കോഴിക്കോട് എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളു വെന്ന് റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടാവുന്ന മറ്റ് ആരെങ്കിലു മു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച് 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയി ക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരവകാശ വാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.

R. Ragesh who met with a fatal accident on 28-12-2006 out of and in the course of his employment under the above employer.

And whereas, an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, Kasaragod, it is understood that the following persons are the dependents of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section 2 (1) (d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923.
