All the tender conditions in this department are applicable to this tender also .
The tenders are invited by the Superintending Engineer, Roads and Bridges , South Circle , Thiruvananthapuram for the following work on behalf of the Governor of Kerala from Registered Contractors of Public Works Department . The receipt of tender schedule should be attached with the tender documents . The opening of tender is fixed at 4.30 p.m. on the same day of receipt of tender . Tenders by courier service will not be accepted.

ഗവർണ്ണർക്കുവേണ്ടി സൂപ്രണ്ടിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ , നിരത്തുകളും പാലങ്ങളും വിഭാഗം , ദക്ഷിണമേഖല , തിരുവനന്തപുരം താഴെ പറയുന്ന പണിക്ക് വകുപ്പിലെ അംഗീകൃത കരാറുകാരിൽനിന്നും ദർഘാസുകൾ പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ ആലേഖനം ചെയ്തിട്ടുളള മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകളിൽ തപാൽവഴി ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു . തപാലിൽ ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന കാലതാമസ ത്തിന് ഈ വകുപ്പ് ഉത്തരവാദിയായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം ദർഘാസ് ഷെഡ്യൂളിൻറെ രസീത് കൂടെ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അന്നേ ദിവസം 4. 30 - ന് ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ രജിസ്റോർഡ് തപാലിലോ അതിവേഗ തപാലിലോ ഏൽപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . കൊറിയർ മുഖേന യുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
