SHORT TENDER NOTICE
No. A2-829/2010-11 /Plan .
30th August 2010 .
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Laboratory Equipments , Chemicals , Library Books and Furniture to S.N.G.S. College , Pattambi for the following Departments for the year 2010-11 under Plan Fund .
1. Department of Chemistry-Rs . 2,00,000
2. Department of Botany -Rs . 1,50,000
3. Department of Zoology -Rs . 50,000
Total Rs . 4,00,000
The tenders should be superscribed as "Tender for the supply of Furniture , Library and Lab Equipments under the Head of Account " 2202-03- 800-97 (Plan) for the year 2010-11 " and addressed to the Principal , S.N.G.S. College , Pattambi , P. O. Mele Pattambi , Pin-679 306. Last date for the receipt of tender is 11 a.m. on 27-9-2010 . Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 11.30 a.m. on the same day in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present, at that time .
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Sree Neelakanta Government Sanskrit College, Pattambi, P. O. Mele Pattambi, Pin-679 306 to obtain requisite tender form the on which tender should be submitted .
Rs. 50 Application for the tender form should be accompanied by acash remittance of Rs . 728 (Rs . 700+ VAT) which is the price fixed for form/set of forms and which is not refundable underunder any circumstance . extra for sending forms by post . The tender forma are not transferable . Sale of tender form will be closed at 10 a.m. on 27-9-2010 . Cheques/ DD/Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor the forms will be sent by V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued at Rs . 416 (Rs . 400 +VAT ) per copy. More details can be had from the office between 10 a.m. to 4. p.m. on all working days .
പട്ടാമ്പി ശ്രീ നീലകണ് സർക്കാർ സംസ്കൃത കോളേജിലേക്ക് 2010-11 വർഷത്തേക്ക് താഴെ പറയുന്ന വകുപ്പുകളിലേക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ ലാബ് ഉപകരണങ്ങളും കെമിക്കൽസും നൽകുവാൻ താല്‌പര്യമുള്ള സ്‌ഥാപന ങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ 'ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു.
1. കെമിസ്ട്രി വകുപ്പ്-രൂപ 2,00,000 .
2. ബോട്ടണി വകുപ്പ് -രൂപ 1,50,000 .
3. സുവോളജി വകുപ്പ് -രൂപ 50,000 . 4,00,000 .
നീലകണ ദർഘാസുകൾ ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്ത കവറിനുമുകളിൽ 2010-11 نو ലാബ് ഉപകരണങ്ങളും കെമിക്കൽസും നൽകുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ് " എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, സർക്കാർ സംസ്കൃത കോളേജ് , പട്ടാമ്പി , മേലെപട്ടാമ്പി , 210-679306 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 27-9-2010 -ന രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കണം . വൈകി കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേ ട്ടിവസം 11.30 മണിക്ക് സന്നിഹിതരായ ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിച്ച വരുടെയോ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയവരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യ ത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും .
ദർഘാസുകൾ നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ഫോാത്തിൽ സമർപ്പി ക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. ഫോറം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ശ്രീ നീലകണ് എന്ന സർക്കാർ സംസ്കൃത കോളേജ " , പട്ടാമ്പി , 9822 പട്ടാമ്പി -679 306 മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ നേരിട്ട് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായ 728 രൂപ ( രൂപ 700 + വാറ് ) അടച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ " . തപാൽമാർഗ്‌ഗം അപേക്ഷി ക്കുന്നവർ 50 രൂപ അധികമായി അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . SSI യൂണിററുകൾക്ക് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിലയുടെ ഭാഗം അടച്ചാൽ മതി . ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വില മടക്കിക്കൊടുക്കു ന്നതല്ല . ഫോറം കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല .
ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിൽപ്പന 27-9-2010 - ന് രാവിലെ 10 മണിവരെ നടത്തുന്നതാണ് . ഡി.ഡി. ചെക്ക് സ്ററാമ്പ് എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കു א . വി . പി . പി . ആയി $2000 കൊടുക്കുന്നതുമല്ല . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ് കോപ്പി ആവശ്യ മുളളവർ 416 രൂപ അധികമായി അടയ്ക്കണം . കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങളും ലിസ്ററും പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
