SHORT TENDER NOTICE
No. A5-1117/ 2010/GCC/ UGC - XI Plan .
17th August 2010.
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Lap top Computer with speakers , Astronomical Telescope and other Lab equipments to Government College, Chittur.
for seven The tenders should be superscribed " No. A5/ 1117/ 2010/GCC /UGC XI Plan" Lap top Computer with speaker , Astronomical Telescope and other Lab equipments ( Physics , Electronics , Geography , Music , Chemistry , Psychology, Botany) Rs . 3,77,300 ( Rupees Three lakh seventy thousand three hundred only) addressed to the the Principal , Government College, Chittur, Chittur College P.O. , Palakkad , Pin-678 104 so as to reach in this office not later than 2 p . m. on 15-9-2010 . Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at 3 p. m . on the same day in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government College, Chittur, Chittur College P. O. , Palakkad , Kerala State , Pin - 678 104, obtain tender forms on which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender should be accompanied by , a cash remittance of Rs . 400 in addition to the sale tax which is the price fixed for a form/ set of forms which is not refundable under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2 p . m. on every day. Cheques , Demand Drafts , Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards cost of tender forms nor will the orm be sent by V. P. P. However, this can be he had by registered post by sending Money Order for Rs . 500. ( Tender form Rs. 400+ Sales Tax Rs. 50+ Postage Rs . 50) . Duplicate tender forms if required willbe issued at Rs . 250 per copy and Rs . 50 per postage , Total Rs . 300 only.
The tender should be accompanied with a written undertaking in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 and EMD may be sent accordingly . The payment of the supply of equipments should be made only after the testing of concerned authorities .
The undersigned reserves full right to alter or to cancel the tender date , if it comes to be necessary .

ദർഘാസ് കൈമാറുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം എല്ലാ ദിവസവും ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 2 മണിവൽ താണ്. ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്ന സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നതോടൊപ്പം 50 രൂപ യുടെ കേരള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ കരാർ അടിച്ച് നൽകേണ്ട ០៣. ആനുപാതിക തുക ഇ . എം . ഡി . ആയി നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് .

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Physics Lab equipments at an estimate cost of Rs . 50,000 to SARBTM Government College, Koyilandy. The envelope containing the tender should be superscribed "Tender for the supply of Physics Lab equipments under Plan Scheme 2010-11 " and addressed to the Principal , SARBTM Government College, Koyilandy, Muchukunnu P. O. The last date for receipt of tender in the office is at 3 p.m. on 6-10-2010. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p . m. on the above date in the presence of such ofthe tenderers or their authorised represent- atives who may be present at that time .
Application for the tender form should be accompanied by cash remittance of Rs . 169 (Rupees One hundred and Sixty nine only ) ( including VAT) which is not refundable under any circumstances . Sale of tender forms will be osed at 1 p. m. on above date . Those who wish to purchase tender form by post shall send additional amount of Rs . 40 by M.O. to cover postal charges . Cheque , D.D. etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form. Tender form will not be send by V.P.P. EMD 1 % of quoted amount drawn in favour of the Principal, Government college , Koyilandy payable at SBI, Koyilandy should be attached with the tender. Every tender should be accompanied by agreement in the Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 . an Rates , Sales Tax and conditions of supply of articles should be clearly stated in respect of each item. The articles should be supplied and installed in the specified place of College within two weeks from the date of supsupply order at their own expense. The amount will be released after the certification by competent authority. the The Principal, Government College, Koyilandy is empowered to cancel or extend this tender at any time without notice .
