Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Puffer Tonometer to the Salakyathantra Department of Government Ayurveda College , Tripunithura.
The tenders should be superscribed "Tender for the supply of Puffer Tonometer Canon/ Similar to the Salakyachantra Department of the College" and addressed to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College , Tripunithura .

Cost of tender form Inclusive of KVAT (Non- refundable ) :
Original Rs . 1,040 . Duplicate-Rs . 520 .
Date and time for sale of tender form- 6-9-2010 to 4-10-2010 , 2 p.m.
Last date and time for receipt of tender form- 8-10-2010 , 2 p . m .
Date and time for opening of tenders- 8-10-2010 , 3 p.m.
Date upto which the rates are to be firm- 31-3-2011 .
Rs. 50 will be charged extra towards the postage if the tender form has to be sent by post .
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College , Tripunithura obtain the requisite tender forms against cash remittance . The tender form is not transferable . Cheques , Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the form be sent per V.P.P.
