Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Laboratory Acids and Solvents for the use of Government Analyst's Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram , Regional Analytical Laboratory , Ernakulam and Kozhikode for supply of the above places .
The tenders should be superscribed "Tender No. 1/2010-11/GAL for Purchase of Laboratory Acids and Solvents and addressed to the Chief Government Analyst, Governmentment Analyst's Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram- 37 so as to reach the Chief Government Analyst before 4 p. m. on 26-10-2010 . Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at 11 a , m . on 27-10-2010 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. on or
tenders Intending tenderers may send an application to the Chief Government Analyst for obtaining the requisite tender forms on which the should be submitted. Application for tender forms should be accompanied by cashcash remittance or Money Order of Rs . 728 ( Including VAT) which is the price fixed for tender forms . This is not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p.m. on 25-10-2010 . Cheques, Postage Stamps , etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor will the forms be sent by V.P.P. Duplicate forms , if required will be issued at Rs . 416 per each ,
തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെൻറ് അനലിസ00" ലബോറട്ടറിയിലേയും എറണാകുളം , കോഴിക്കോട്എന്നീ റീജിയണൽ അനലിറ്റിക്കൽ ലബോറട്ടറികളിലേയും സ് ഥല ങ്ങ ളിൽ ആവശ്യത്തിനായി അതാത് നൽകത്തക്കവിധം ലബോറട്ടറി ആസിഡുകളും സോൾ വെൻറുകളും വാങ്ങുന്നതിനുവേണ്ടി മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു . ദർഘാസുകളിൽ ടെണ്ടർ നമ്പർ 1/2010-11/ .. എന്ന രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി ചീഫ് ഗവൺമെൻറ് അനലിസ്ററ് , ഗവൺമെൻറ് അനലിസ്റ് ലബോറട്ടറി , തിരുവനന്തപുരം 37 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 26-10-2010 வக3 4 எறிகேல താണ് . ടെയോ അതിനുമുൻപായോ സ്വീകാര്യമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ നൽകിയവരു അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയവരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ 27-10-2010 പകൽ 11 മണിക്ക തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .
مهايم ഗവൺമെൻറ് അനലിസ്ററ് ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ആവശ്യമുളളവർ അസ്‌സലിന് 728 രൂപയും കോപ്പികൂടി ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ കോപ്പി ഒന്നിന് 416 രൂപയും മണിയോർഡറായോ നേരിട്ടോ അടച്ച് അനലിസ്ററ് ഗവൺമെൻറ് ലബോറട്ടറി , തിരുവനന്തപുരം 37 , എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ രേഖാമൂലം അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില അടച്ചുകഴിഞ്ഞാൽ മടക്കിക്കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് 80000° കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല . ദർഘ40.TL ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില ചെക്കുകളായോ ഡ്രാഫ്ററായോ പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡറായോ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . കൂടാതെ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം വി , പി . പി . ആയി നൽകുന്നതല്ല .

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Laboratory Chemicals for the use of Government Analyst's Laboratory , Thiruvananthapuram; Regional Analytical Laboratory , Ernakulam and Kozhikode for supply of the above places.
The tender should be superscribed " Tender No. 2/2010-11 /GAL for purchase of Laboratory Chemicals " and addressed to the Chief Government Analyst, Government Analyst's Laboratory , Thiruvanantha- puram -37, so as to reach the Chief Government Analyst on or before 4 p . m. on 2-11-2010 . Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at 11 a. m . on 3-11-2010 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .
Intending tenderers may sent an application to the Chief Government Analyst for obtaining the requisite tender forms on which the tenders should be submitted . Application for tender forms should be accompanied by cash remittance or Money Order of Rs . 723 (Including VAT) which is the price fixed for tender forms . This is price is not trans- ferable .
