In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, the High Court of Kerala hereby appoints the person mentioned in In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 260 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, the High Court of Kerala hereby specifically empowers the Judicial Magistrate of the First Class mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule hereto attached to try in a summary way all the offences mentioned in the said sub-section.

ചേർത്തല ജുഡീഷ്യൽ ഒന്നാം ക്ലാസ്സ് മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റ് കോടതി-II മുമ്പാകെ അരൂർ പോലീസ് ഹാജരാക്കിയ താഴെ പറയുന്ന തൊ≠ി വകകൾ തിരികെ വാങ്ങുന്നതിനുവേ≠ി പല പ്രാവശ്യം നോട്ടീസയച്ചിട്ടും ടി സാധനത്തിന്റെ ഉടമസ്ഥൻ നാളിതുവരെ കോടതിയിൽ ഹാജരായിട്ടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു. ആയതിനാൽ ടി മുതലുകൾ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട കക്ഷികളോ അവകാശികളോ ഏറ്റുവാങ്ങാത്തപക്ഷം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 30 ദിവസത്തിനകം കൈപ്പറ്റിയിട്ടില്ലാത്ത പക്ഷം ടി തൊ≠ി വകകൾ ലേലം ചെയ്ത് സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് മുതൽ കൂട്ടുന്നതായിരിക്കും എന്ന വിവരം ഇതിനാൽ അറിയിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 14(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1994), the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ernakulam hereby define the area within which the persons in Column No. 1 of the schedule here under may exercise all or any of the powers with which they have been invested by the High Court of Kerala from the date of their taking charge. The change of jurisdiction of Mulanthuruthy Police Station from Judicial 1st Class Magistrate-1, Ernakulam to Munsiff- Magistrate, Kolenchery shall be with effect from 1-9-2010.
