TENDER NOTICE
No. C4 /13203 ( 2 ) /2010/ MCK . 26th Avgust 2010 .
Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the purchase of Glasswares to Medical College, Kottayam.
Tender forms can be had from this Office on payment of Rs . 900 prescribed cost in cash or by Money Order till 13-10-2010, 3.30 p.m. No other modes of remittance will be entertained . Those who require tender forms by post , a sum of Rs . 40 will be added towards postage charges . Money Orders should reach this Office at least 10 days prior to the closing date of tender sales . Cost of tender forms will not be refunded .
The duly signed tenders superscribed on the envelope as "Tender No. C4/ 13202( 2 ) / 2010/MCK for the purchase of Glasswares addressed to "The Principal, Medical College , Kottayam-8 " should reach this Office on or before 14-10-2010 at 12.30 . Tenders received late will not be entertained . The duly received tenders will be opened at 2.30 p . m . on 14-10-2010, the stipulated time in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may present at that time .
Further details can be obtained from this Office during working hours . The undersigned reserves the right to reject any tender without assigning any reason,
കോട്ടയം മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജിലേക്ക് ഗ്ലാസ് വെയറുകൾ വാങ്ങുന്നതിനായി മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .
ദർഘാസ് പത്രങ്ങൾ 900 രൂപ വീതം അടച്ച് ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും 13-10-2010 , 3.30 മണിവരെ വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ തപാലിൽ ആവശ്യമുളളവർ 40 രൂപ അധികം മണി ഓർഡർ ആയി അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . മണി ഓർഡറുകൾ ദർഘാസ് വിൽപ്പന അവസാനിക്കുന്നതിന് 10 ദിവസം മുൻപ് ലഭിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല . ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില
മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ കവറിനുമുകളിൽ "ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ സ14 / 13203 ( 2 ) / 10 /എം . സി . കെ. ഉപകരണത്തിൻറെ പേര് ഗ്ലാസ്വെയറുകൾ എന്ന മേലെഴുത്തോടുകൂടി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ് , കോട്ടയം -8 " എന്ന7 വിലാസത്തിൽവിലാസത്തിൽ 14-10-2010 , 12.30 മണിക്കുമുൻപ് ലഭിക്കത്തക്ക വിധം അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . നിശ്ചിത സമയത്തിനുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്നതോ അപൂർണ്ണമായതോ ആയ ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ലഭ്യമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ 14-10-2010 , 2.30 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്ന താണ് .
ലഭ്യമാണ് . യാതൊരു കാരണവും കാണിക്കാതെ ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുവാനുളള അധികാരം വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്.
