No. 70/2010-11 .

be may Sealed tenders superscribed as Tender No. 70/2010-11 for the supply of Stitching Wire as per Annual Indent is invited by the undersigned . The tenders along with samples should reach this office on or before 12-10-2010 at 1 p.m. and the same will be opened at 3 p.m. on the same day in the presence of tenderers their authorised representatives who present at that time . Tenders shall be submitted in the prescribed form which can be had from the office of the undersigned on cash payment of Rs . 700+ VAT @ 4 % for original form and Rs . 400+ VAT @ 4 % for duplicate . Cheque, Demand Drafts , Postage Stamps , Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sent by V.P.P. However the tender forms will be supplied to the firms by registered post subject to a cash payment by M.O. inclusive of postal charges of Rs . 32 . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms willbe closed at 1 p.m. on 12-10-2010. An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 100 shouldbe executed along with the tenders . Money Orders will be entertained only upto 4-10-2010 and the purpose of sending Money Order shouldbe specified in M.O. coupon clearly . Late tenders , tenders not accompaniedby Earnest Money Deposit @ 1% of total cost and preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 100 will not be accepted on any account .
സർക്കാർ അച്ചുകൂടങ്ങളിലെ ആവശ്യത്തിന് ആന്വൽ ഇൻഡൻറ് (പ്രകാരമുളള സ്റ്റിച്ചിംഗ വയർ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു . ദർഘാസുകൾ 12-10-2010 , 1 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും ദിവസ അന്നേ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യ 3 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഏജൻറുമാരുടെയോ ത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ് . ദർഘാസ് അയയ്ക്കുന്ന കവറിനുമുകളിൽ "ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ 70/2010-11 സ്ററിച്ചിംഗ് വയർ വിതരണം സംബന്ധിച്ച എന്ന് ഉപലേഖനം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം , താമസിച്ച് കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല .
ദർഘാസുകൾ നിർദ്‌ദിഷ്‌ട ഫോറത്തിൽ സാമ്പിൾ സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ 700 രൂപ + വാറ് 4 % നിരക്കിലും ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ് 400 രൂപ + പാററ് 4 % നിരക്കിലും തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെൻറ് സെൻട്രൽ പ്രസ്‌സിൽനിന്നും നേരിട്ട് വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ്ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക് , ഡിമാൻറ് ഡ്രാഫ്ററ് , പോസ്റാൽ ഓർഡർ , തപാൽ സ്ററാമ്പ് എന്നിവ സ്വീകരി സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയേ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല . എന്നാൽ മണിയോർഡർ മുഖാന്തിരം പോസ്റോജ ചെലവിനുളള 32 രൂപ സഹിതം അയയ്ക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ദർഘാസ് രജിസ്‌റോർഡ് തപാലിൽ അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാററം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടില്ലാ ത്തതാണ് . 100 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ എഗ്രിമെൻറും മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ട താണ് . അല്ലാത്തവ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല . മണിയോർഡർ 4-10-2010 വരെ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുളളു . മണിയോർഡർ കൂപ്പണിൽ ആവശ്യകതയുടെ വിവരങ്ങൾ വ്യക്‌തമായി സൂചിപ്പി ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
