SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Lab Equipments to University College, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2010.

The envelops containing the tenders should be superscribed as tenders for the supply of Lab Equipments vide Tender Notice No. 3/10/A8/UC/UGA and addressed to the Principal, University College, Thiruvananthapuram so as to reach in this college on or before 25-9-2010, 2 p. m.

Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p. m. on 25-9-2010, in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at the time.

Face value is Rs. 2,50,000 (Rupees Two lakhs and fifty thousand only).

Tender forms can be had from the College Office from 10.30 a. m. to 1 p. m. on the working days till 25-9-2010. The cost of the tender form is Rs. 451 (Rupees Four hundred and fiftyone only) including VAT+Cess. The tender forms can be had by post by sending Money Order for Rs. 501.

The cost of duplicate tender form will be Rs. 226 (Rupees Two hundred and twentysix only) including VAT+Cess. It will be issued only to those who have purchased the original tender form. The original and duplicate tender forms together can be had by post by sending Money Order for Rs. 777 (Rupees Seven hundred and seventyseven only).

The cost of tender form, paid will not be refunded. The tender form once purchased, is not to be exchanged.

Money Order for the amount more or less than specified above will not be accepted. Demand Draft, Cheque, Stamp etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms or will not be send by V.P.P. The tender forms are not transferable.

തിരുവനന്തപുരം യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി കോളേജിൽ 2010-11 വർഷത്തിൽ വിവിധ ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെന്റുകളിലേക്ക് ലാബ് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

ദർഘാസുകൾ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി കോളേജ,് തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 25-9-2010-ന് 2 മണിക്കകം ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവണ്ണം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. കവറിന് മുകളിൽ വിവിധ ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റ ിലേക്ക് ലാബ് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ് എന്നും ദർഘാസ് പരസ്യത്തിന്റെ നമ്പരും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠താണ്. 2 മണിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേ ദിവസം 3 മണിക്ക് അപ്പോൾ സന്നിഹിത രായിരിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധിക ളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

മുഖവില—രൂപ 2,50,000 (ര≠് ലക്ഷത്തി അൻപതി നായിരം രൂപ മാത്രം).

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും 25-9-2010 വരെ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10.30 മണി മുതൽ 1 മണി വരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില 451 രൂപയും (വാറ്റ്, സെസ്സ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ) ഡ്യൂപ്ളിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില 226 രൂപയും (വാറ്റ്, സെസ്സ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ) ആകുന്നു. ഒറിജിനൽ ടെ≠ർ ഫോറം വാങ്ങുന്നവർക്ക് മാത്രമേ ഡ്യൂപ്ളിക്കേറ്റ് ടെ≠ർ ഫോറം നൽകുകയുള്ളൂ. തപാൽമാർഗ്ഗം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ഒറിജിനലിനു മാത്രം 501 രൂപയും ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ 777 രൂപയും അധികം മണി ഓർഡർ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ഒരിക്കൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന് നൽകിയ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല.

മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ തുകയേക്കാൾ കുറവായി അയയ്ക്കുന്ന മണി ഓർഡറുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ചെക്ക്, ഡി. ഡി., സ്റ്റാമ്പ് എന്നിവ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല.

ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസിന്റെ 1% (മിനിമം 100 രൂപയിൽ കുറയാൻ പാടില്ല) തുക ഇ. എം. ഡി. ആയി നൽകേ≠താണ്. ഇ. എം. ഡി. തുക ഡി. ഡി. ആയി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

പട്ടിക പ്രകാരമുള്ള സാധനങ്ങൾ മൊത്തമായോ ഭാഗികമായോ നൽകുന്നതിനുള്ള നിരക്കുകൾ രേഖപ്പെടുത്താ വുന്നതാണ്. ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ നിരക്ക് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്ക് ടി സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്ന സാധനത്തിന്റെ ഗുണമേൻമകൂടി കണക്കിലെടുത്ത് ഭാഗികമായോ മൊത്തമായോ വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് നൽകുന്നതാണ്.

വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ 20 ദിവസത്തിനകം സാധനങ്ങൾ കോളേജാഫീസിൽ എത്തിക്കേ≠താണ്. അതിനായി യാതൊരുവിധ കടത്തുകൂലിയും കയറ്റിറക്കു കൂലിയും നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ഓരോ സാധനത്തിനും വാറ്റ് നികുതിയും സെസ്സും ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള വിലകളാണ് ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടു ത്തേ≠ത്. വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിച്ച് നി›ിത സമയപരിധി ക്കുള്ളിൽ സാധനങ്ങൾ നൽകാതിരുന്നാൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത ദർഘാസുകാരന് ഉടനെ വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് നൽകുന്നതും ഇത്തരത്തിൽ സർക്കാരിനു≠ാകുന്ന നഷ്ടം ആദ്യ ദർഘാസു കാരനിൽനിന്ന് ഈടാക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള നിയമാനുസൃത നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും ടി സ്ഥാപനത്തെ കരിമ്പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതുമാണ്.

ദർഘാസിൽ പറയുന്ന തുകയേക്കാൾ കൂടുതൽ ഒരിക്കലും ആവശ്യപ്പെടാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതും അപ്രകാരം തുക വർദ്ധിപ്പിച്ചു നൽകുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.

വിതരണ ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിക്കുന്നവർ സാധനങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്ന തോടൊപ്പം അതിന്റെ വില രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഇൻവോയ്സിന്റെ മൂന്ന് പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. സാധനങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്നതിനു മുൻപ് 100 രൂപ മുഖവിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ സ്റ്റോർ പർച്ചേസ് മാനുവൽ അപ്പൻഡിക്സ് XVII പ്രകാരമുള്ള കരാർ സമ്മതപത്രവും സπൈ ഓർഡറിൽ പറയുന്ന തുകയുടെ 5% തുകയ്ക്കുള്ള ഡി. ഡി. സെക്യൂരിറ്റി ഡെപ്പോസിറ്റും ഹാജരാക്കിയിരിക്കേ≠താണ്. കൂടാതെ കേരള സ്റ്റോർ പർച്ചേസ് മാനുവലിലെ എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ബാധകമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Sports Goods and Equipments for Rs.1,50,000 under Maintenance of Play Ground and Improvement of Facilities Scheme 2010-11 Plan to Government College, Munnar.

The cover containing the tender should be superscribed "Tender for the supply of Sports Goods and Equipments for Rs.1,50,000 under Maintenance of Play Ground and Improvement of Facilities Scheme 2010-11 (Plan)" and addressed to the Principal, Government College,3 Munnar, Munnar P. O., Idukki-685 612. Last date for the receipt of tender is 2 p.m. on 30th September 2010. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p.m. on 30th September 2010 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government College, Munnar P. O., Idukki obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs. 416 (including tax) which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം 2010 സെപ്റ്റംബർ മാസം 30-ാം തീയതി പകൽ 1 മണി വരെ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. തപാലിൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ലഭിക്കേ≠വർ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായ 416 രൂപയുടെ (നികുതിയുൾപ്പെടെ) ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റും തപാൽ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് ഒട്ടിച്ച മേൽവിലാസം എഴുതിയ കവറും സഹിതം അപേക്ഷ നൽകേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിൽപ്പന 2010 സെപ്റ്റംബർ മാസം 30-ാം തീയതി പകൽ 1 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ചെക്കുകൾ, പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡറുകൾ, സ്റ്റാമ്പുകൾ എന്നിവ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ഫോറം വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല. ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില (നികുതിയുൾപ്പെടെ) 208 രൂപ ആയിരിക്കും.

ദർഘാസിൽ കാണിക്കുന്ന നിരക്കുകൾക്ക് 2011 മാർച്ച് 31 വരെ പ്രാബല്യം ഉ≠ായിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം നൂറ് രൂപ വിലയുള്ള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഉടമ്പടിയും നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി 1,500 രൂപയുടെ ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റും നൽകേ≠താണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Chemicals and Glass wares to Maharaja's College, Ernakulam during 2010 under CDC Fund.

The tenders should be superscribed "Tender No. III/2010-11 for the supply of Chemicals and Glass wares under CDC fund" and addressed to the Principal, Maharaja's College, Ernakulam. Last date and time of receipt of tender is 27-9-2010 at 2 p. m. Late/ unsealed tenders will not be accepted on any account. The tenders will be opened at 3 p.m. on the same day in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

Estimate cost is Rs. 60,000. Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Maharaja's College, Ernakulam or in person from the office before 2 p.m. on working days, obtain the requisite tender form in which tenders should be submitted. Application for tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs. 416 (Rs. 400+VAT RS. 16) which is the price fixed for the tender form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. Those who wish to get the tender form by post, have to send Rs. 452 (Rs. 400+VAT RS. 16+ postage RS. 36) by money order. In the case of bidder outside Kerala, Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 for executing agreement will be send on their request along with an additional payment of Rs. 50. Tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2 p.m. on 27-9-2010. Cheques, Demand Drafts, Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms, nor will the tender forms be sent by VPP. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p.m. on 30-9-2010 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. Late tenders will not be accepted. Estimated cost of purchase is Rs. 3,00,000.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Maharaja's College, Ernakulam, Cochin-11 obtain the requisite tender form (before 2 p.m. on all working days) on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs. 624 (Rs. 600+24) which is the price fixed for the form and which is not refundable under any cicumstances. Those who wish to get the tender form by post, have to send Rs. 674 by money order. In the case of bidder outside Kerala, Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 for executing agreement will be send on their request along with an additional payment of Rs. 50. Tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2 p.m. on 30-9-2010. Cheques/D.D/Postal Orders etc will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor will the tender forms be sent by V. P. P. The Department is not responsible for postal delay if any in case tender form obtained by post. VAT will be charged extra.
