തിരുവനന്തപുരം സർക്കാർ വനിതാ കോളേജിൽ 2009-10 Collegiate Education Department TENDER NOTICE

No. A6/1258/2009-10/GCW. 11th August 2010.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of equipments for the Fitness Centre to the Department of Physical Education of Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2009-10. The tender cost is Rs. 2,87,750. The list of required specifications/equip- ments will be supplied along with the tender form E.M.D. 1%.

The tender should be submitted as Tender No. A6/1258/2009-10/GCW dated 11-8-2010 for the Supply of Fitness Equipments to the Department of Physical Education and addressed to the Principal, Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram so as to reach the undersigned on or before 18-9-2010 at 2 p. m. Tenders received after the date and time will not be accepted under any circumstances. The tenders received within the time stipulated above would be opened on 18-9-2010 at 3 p.m. in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may present at that time.

The intending tenderers can have the prescribed intended forms on demand from the College Office between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on all working days on payment of Rs. 600+VAT. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at Rs. 300 + VAT. Those who are intending to obtain the same by post should submit their request together with a self addressed and stamped envelope affixing postage stamp of worth Rs. 50. The cost of tender forms once remitted will not be refunded under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable.

Cheque/Postage Stamp/Postal Order will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor the forms be sent by VPP. Kerala Stamp Paper will be supplied to the tenderers outside the State in case they request for the same and remit separately Rs. 50 being the cost of Stamp Paper and Rs. 30 towards postage. Money Order alone will be accepted for this purpose.

NB:-The price to be quoted in the tender must be inclusive of all taxes.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Lab Equipments and Chemicals under the Plan Scheme- 2010 for a total amount of Rs. 6,30,000 to Government Brennen College, Thalassery.

The tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. 10/2010-11/Plan for the supply of Lab Equipments and Chemicals for the Department of Physics, Botany, Chemistry, Zoology, Language Lab and Computer Lab and addressed to the Principal, Government Brennen College, Dharmadam, Thalassery-6. Sales of tender form will be closed on 20-9-2010 2 p.m. The last date for receipt of tender form is 20-9-2010 at 3 p. m. Late Tenders will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened on 20-9-2010 at 4 p. m. in presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who may present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government Brennen College, Dharmadam, Thalassery-6. Obtain requisite tender form on which the tender should be submitted. The cost of the Tender form is Rs. 1,360 (Rs.1300+60 Tax) (Rupees One thousand three hundred and sixty only). Application form should be accompained by a cash remittance of Rs. 1,360 at the office or by Money Order which the price is fixed for a form and it is not refundable under any circumstances. Due to some technical reasons, the last date for Tender No. P1/2/2010-11 due on 4-8-2010 at 3 p.m. for the purchase of Soldering Station for Electrical & Electronics Workshop of AE & I Engineering Department is hereby extended upto 23-9-2010 at 3 p. m.

The tender should be superscribed as Tender No. P1/2/2010-11 due on 23-9-2010 at 3 p. m. and addressed to the undersigned to reach him before 23-9-2010 at 3 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 11 a. m. on 24-9-2010 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives, who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may, on application to the undersigned to obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs. 416 including VAT which is the price fixed for the same and which is non-refundable under any circumstances.
