കേരള ഗവർണ്ണർക്കുവേണ്ടി സൂപ്രണ്ടിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ , റോഡുകളും പാലങ്ങളും വിഭാഗം , ദക്ഷിണമേഖല , തിരുവനന്തപുരം താഴെ പറയുന്ന പണിക്ക വകുപ്പിലെ അംഗീകൃത കരാറുകാരിൽ നിന്നുംദർഘാസുകൾ പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ പേര്ആലേഖനം ചെയ്തിട്ടുളമ മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകളിൽ തപാൽ വഴി ക്ഷണി ച്ചു കൊ ഉള്ളു ന്നു . തപാലിൽ ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന കാലതാമസത്തിന് ഈ വകുപ്പ് ഉത്തരവാദിയായിരിക്കു ന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസിനൊപ്പം ദർഘാസ് ഷെഡ്യൂളിൻറ രസീത് കൂടെ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അന്നേദിവസം 4.30 -ന് ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ രജിസ്റേറർഡ് തപാലിലോ അതിവേഗ തപാലിലോ ഏൽപ്പിക്കേണ താണ് . കൊറിയർ വഴിയുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല .
