Note.—I. A period of one month's time to apply for re-checking of answer scripts will be allowed to candidates with effect from the date of publication of the Ranked List. The candidates can avail only one chance after the publication of Ranked List.

Candidates desiring to get re-checked the answer script relating to the written test held for selection to the post may apply for re-checking within 30 days from the date of publication of the Ranked List.

"Applications for re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the Various Offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website: www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered.''

The application for re-checking, along with original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of Rs. 50 under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-105-State PSC 99-Examination Fee" addressed to The Deputy Secretary (Examinations), Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram-4 should reach the Office within 30 days from the date of publication of the Ranked List. Application for re-checking received after the stipulated time will not be entertained and fee once remitted will not be refunded.

II. Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection shall remit a fee of Rs. 200 by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State (Head of Account "0051-PSC-105 State PSC-99 other receipt). The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations), Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram-4 within one month from the date of publication of this Ranked List. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

31-10-2007-ലെ ഗസറ്റ് വി⁄ാപന പ്രകാരം കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ലയിൽ സാങ്കേതിക വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വകുപ്പിൽ 4990-7990 രൂപ ശമ്പള നിരക്കിൽ ട്രേഡ്സ്മാൻ (കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ്) തസ്തികയിലേക്കുള്ള (കാറ്റഗറി നമ്പർ 366/2007) തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിനായി 7-3-2009-ാം തീയതിയിൽ നടത്തിയ ഒബ്ജക്ടീവ് (ഒ.എം.ആർ. മൂല്യനിർണ്ണയം) മാതൃകയിലുള്ള പരീക്ഷയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ തയ്യാറാക്കപ്പെടുന്ന റാങ്കുപട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടാൻ സോപാധികമായി അർഹരാണെന്നുക≠ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പറുകൾ അടങ്ങിയ സാദ്ധ്യതാ പട്ടിക ചുവടെ ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

പരീക്ഷയിൽ 34 (മുപ്പത്തിനാല്) ഉം അതിൽ കൂടുതലും മാർക്ക് ലഭിച്ച ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെയാണ് ഈ സാദ്ധ്യതാ പട്ടികയുടെ മുഖ്യപട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുളളത്. ഈ അടിസ്ഥാനമാർക്കിൽ ആവശ്യമായ ഇളവ് വരുത്തി ഉപ പട്ടികകൾ തയ്യാറാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പറുകൾ അവയുടെ സംഖ്യാക്രമത്തിലാണ് ലിസ്റ്റിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുളളത്. യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ഈ ക്രമീകരണം പ്രസ്തുത പരീക്ഷയുടെ റാങ്ക് ക്രമത്തെ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നില്ല.

രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പറുകൾക്ക് മുൻപിലായി കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ലയെ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്ന 'ഡി' (D) എന്ന അക്ഷരം ചേർത്ത് വായിക്കേ≠താണ്.

കുറിപ്പ്:—(1) അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മ പരിശോധനയ്ക്കും സ്വീകാര്യതയ്ക്കും വിധേയമായി തീർത്തും സോപാധികമായാണ് രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പറുകൾ ഈ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്. സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടു എന്നത് റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ പേര് ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നതിന് യാതൊരു അവകാശവും ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾക്ക് പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല.

(2) അപേക്ഷയിൽ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള വിശദാംശങ്ങളെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയാണ് സാധ്യതാപട്ടിക തയ്യാറാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. അതിനുശേഷമുള്ള അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ ഒരു ഘട്ടത്തിലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

(3) ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അവരുടെ ജനനത്തീയതി, ജാതി, യോഗ്യത എന്നിവ തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിന് ആവശ്യമായ അസ്സൽ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ പരിശോധനയ്ക്കായി, നി›ിത സമയത്തും സ്ഥലത്തും പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ ശരിപ്പകർപ്പുകൾ സഹിതം നേരിട്ട് സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ ഹാജരാകേ≠താണ്. അസ്സൽ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാകാത്ത ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെ രജിസ്ററർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഈ ലിസ്റ്റിൽ നിന്നും മറ്റൊരറിയിപ്പ് കൂടാതെ നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.

(4) മറ്റ് പിന്നോക്ക സമുദായത്തിൽപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ G. O. (P) No. 117/2008/SC/STDD dated 19-12-2008 പ്രകാരമുളള നോൺക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും പട്ടികജാത ി/പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗത്തിൽപ്പെട്ടവർ തഹശീൽദാരിൽ നിന്നും 22-3-2005-നു ശേഷം ലഭിച്ച ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.

സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുളള എല്ലാ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെയും സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് പരിശോധന നി›ിത തീയതിയിൽ കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ലാ പി. എസ്. സി. ഓഫീസിൽവച്ച് നടത്തുന്നതാണ്.

സമയബന്ധിതമായി റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കേ≠തിനാൽ അസ്സൽ രേഖകളും പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കാൻ കൂടുതൽ സമയം അനുവദിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
