Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Laboratory equipments and Science Materials for Rs . 60,000 for the Laboratories of B.J.M. Government College , Chavara, during the year 2010-11 under the Head of Account 2202-03-800-97 Development of Lab & Library Plan 2010-11 .

The tender forms and the list of materials can be had from the College office on payment of Rs. 400 for original and Rs . 200 for duplicate copy. VAT also may be remitted additionally. Those who desire to get tender forms by registered post should forward a self addressed envelop 30x15 cm . in size and stamped for Rs. 52 along with the request and cost of tender formsby Money Order . No other mode of payment is acceptable. The cost of tender forms is not refundable in any circumstances and the tender forms are not transferable . The tender forms shouldbe supplied only upto 3-10-2010, 2 p.m. All the tenders should execute an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 (vide Page No. 6 of the tender form) . ലാബ് ചനം ബി . ജെ , എം , ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജിലെ സൗകര്യങ്ങൾ മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനായി 2010-11 പദ്ധതി വിഹിതത്തിൽനിന്നും 60,000 രൂപ യുടെ ലാബ് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകളിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Fiber Chairs to Seminar Hall of the College, for Rs . 37,000 under Accreditation of Colleges with NAAC (Plane) during 2010-11 . The Tenders should be superscribed as " Supply of Fiber Chairs under Accreditation of Colleges with NAAC ( Plan ) during 2010-11 and addressed to the Principal , P. T. M. Government College , Perinthalmanna, Malappuram District, Pin-679 322 , Kerala State. The last date and time of receipt of filled in tender is on 12-10-2010 at 2 p.m. and will be opened on the same day at 2.30 p.m. Sale of tender forms will be closed on 11-10-2010 at 2 p.m. Late tenders will not be accepted.

Intending tenderers , may on application to the Principal, P.T.M. Govt . College, Perinthalmanna , Malappuram District , Pin- 679 322 , Kerala State obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted. Kerala Stamp Paper willbe supplied to the tenderers outside the State in case they required for the same and remit by Money Order an additional amount of Rs . 120 (Rupees hundred for starstamp paper and 20 for incidental expense ) . Duplicate tender form if any required will be issued at Rs . 210 (Rupees two hundred and ten only) per copy only to these who purchased the original tender form .

The Principal reserves herself the right to accept or to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറം 11-10-2010 ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 2 മണി വരെ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്ന ៣៣ , ടെണ്ടറുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 11-10-2010 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3 മണി വരെയാണ് . ടെണ്ടറുകൾ 11-10-2010 വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക് ടെണ്ടറുകൾ നൽകിയിട്ടുള്ളവരുടെയോ അവർ അധികാര പ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുളളവരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കു ന്നതാണ് .

ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമുകൾ പണമായോ മണി ഓർഡറായാ 420 لم അടച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . തപാലിൽ വേണ്ടവർ തപാൽ ചെലവ് ( 40 രൂപാ) കൂടി അയച്ചു തരേണ്ടതാണ് . യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ดร ഫോമുകളുടെ വില തിരിച്ചുനൽകുന്നതല്ല . و ഫോമുകൾ വി . പി . പി . ആയി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല . ചെക്ക്, ഡി , ഡി ,, പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ എന്നിവ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമിൻെറ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോരിൻറെ കൂടെ സാധനങ്ങളുടെ വിലയുടെ 19% തുക ഇ . എം . ഡി . അടക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഇത് ചരുങ്ങിയത് 30 രൂപ ആയിരിക്കണം , ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമിൻറെ കൂടെ 100 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ ഉടമ്പടി ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ് . കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ളവർക്ക് അവർ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടാൽ മുദ്രപത്രം ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമിന്റെ കൂടെ അയച്ചുതരുന്നതും അതിനുവേണ്ടി അധികമായി 120 രൂപ മണി ഓർഡറായി അയയക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ് .

ഫോമുകൾ ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ് ടെണ്ടർ മുളളവർ 210 ( ഇരുനൂറ്റിപ്പത്ത് ) രൂപ അടയ്ക്കേണ്ട തുമാണ് . ഒറിജിനൽ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമുകൾ വാങ്ങുന്നവർക്ക് മാത്രമേ ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ് ലഭിക്കുകയുള്ളു . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോമുകൾ കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുളളതല്ല .

ഭാഗികമായോ മുഴുവനുമായോ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനും ടെണ്ടറുകൾ നിരാകരിക്കുന്നതിനുമുള അധികാരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപതമാണ് .
