No. 71 /2010-11 .
Sealed tenders superscribed as Tender No. 71 /2010-11 for the supply of Web Offset Black Ink and Screen Printing Materials as Annual Indent 2010-11 is invited by the undersigned. The tenders along with samples should reach this office on or before 12-10-2010 at 1 p.m. and the same will be opened at 3 p . m . on the same day in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. Tenders shall be submitted in the prescribed form which can be had from the office of the undersigned on cash payment of Rs . 400 + VAT @ 4%@ 4 % for original form and Rs . 300+ VATVAT @ 4% for duplicate . Cheques , Demand Drafts , Postage Stamps , Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sent by V. P. P. However the tender forms will be supplied to the firms by Registered Post subject to a cash payment by Money Order inclusive of postal charges of Rs . 32. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 1 p . m . on 12-10-2010 an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 100 should be executed along with the tenders . Money Orders will be entertained only up to 4-10-2010 and the purpose of sending Money Orders should be specified in MoneyOrder coupon clearly. Late tenders, tenders not accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit @ 1 % of total cost and preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 100 will not be accepted on any account .
സർക്കാർ അച്ചുകൂടങ്ങളിലെ ആവശ്യത്തിന് ആന്വൽ ഇൻഡൻറ് പ്രകാരമുള്ള വെബ് ഓഫ്സെററ് ബ്ലാക്ക് മഷിയും സ്‌ക്രീൻപ്രിൻറിഗ് മൊറീരിയൽസും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന്നാൽ മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു . ദർഘാസുകൾ 12-10-2010 , 1 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേദിവസം 3 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതല ദർഘാസ സാന്നിധ്യത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കുന്ന നമ്പർ 71 /2010-11 മഷി , സ്ക്രീൻ വിതരണം പ്പെടുത്തിയ ഏജൻറുമാരുടെയോ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ് . കവറിന് . മുകളിൽ "ദർഘാസ് வெங" ഓഫസെററ് ബ്ലാക്ക് (പ്രിൻറിംഗ് മെറ്റീരിയൽസ് നിച്ച" ?? എന്ന് ഉപലേഖനം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം . താമസിച്ച് കിട്ടുന്നന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . സംബ ദർഘാസുകൾ നിർദ്‌ദിഷ്‌ട ഫോറത്തിൽ സാമ്പി സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ 400 രൂപ + വാറ്റ് 4 % നിരക്കിലും ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ 300 രൂപ + വാറ് 4 % നിരക്കിലും തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെൻറ് സെൻട്രൽ പ്രസ്സിൽ നിന്നും നേരിട്ട് വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് , ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക്, ഡിമാൻറ് ഡ്രാഫ്ററ് , പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ, തപാൽ സ്ററാമ്പ് എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ഫോറം വി.പി.പി, ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല . എന്നാൽ മണിയോർഡർ മുഖാന്തിരം പോസ്റേജ് സഹിതം ചെലവിനുള്ള 32 രൂപ അയയ്ക്കുക യാണെങ്കിൽ ദർഘാസ് ٥٥٠همة രജിസ്റേർഡ് തപാലിൽ അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാണ് .
അയയ്ക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ രജിസ്റേറർഡ് ദർഘാസ് അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്ന തപാലിൽ താണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാററം വിലയുളള ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാണ് . 100 സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ എഗ്രിമെൻറും മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . അല്ലാത്തവ യാതൊരു കാരണ 100 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ എഗ്രിമെൻറും മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യവും . ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . അല്ലാത്തവ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . 3 4-10-2010 വരെ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കു.. കയുളളു . മണിയോർഡർ കൂപ്പണിൽ ആവശ്യകതയുടെ വിവരങ്ങൾ വ്യക‌തമായി സൂചിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
