30 × 20 സെ. മീ. വലിപ്പമുള്ള കവറുകളിൽ വേണം ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠ത്. കവറിനുപുറത്ത് "2010-11 വർഷത്തേക്ക് വേപ്പിൻപിണ്ണാക്ക് സπൈ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ടെ≠ർ" എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി ഫാം സൂപ്ര≠ിന്റെ വിലാസത്തിൽ 7-10-2010-ന് പകൽ 1 മണിയ്ക്കകം ഫാം ഓഫീസിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കണം. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ 7-10-2010-ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിവരെ ഫാം ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില 400 രൂപയും വിൽപ്പനനികുതിയും ആകുന്നതാണ്.

ടെ≠ർ ഫോമുകൾ ജില്ലാ കന്നുകാലി വളർത്തൽ കേന്ദ്രം, കുടപ്പനക്കുന്നിൽനിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ടെ≠ർ ഫോമിന്റെ ഒരു ടൺ ചതച്ച വേപ്പിൻകുരു പിണ്ണാക്ക് എന്തു നിരക്കിൽ ഫാമിൽ എത്തിച്ചുനൽകാം എന്ന് ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖ പ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം. പ്രസ്തുത നിരക്ക് കയറ്റിറക്കുകൂലി സഹിതം 62-ാം മൈലിൽ സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്ന ഫാമിൽ സπൈ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ളതായിരിക്കണം. രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന നിരക്കിന് 2011 മാർച്ച് 31 വരെ പ്രാബല്യമു≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതും ഫാമിൽനിന്നും ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്ന മുറയ്ക്ക് ര≠ു തവണയായി വേപ്പിൻപിണ്ണാക്ക് ഫാമിൽ എത്തിച്ചുതരേ≠തുമാണ്്. ദർഘാസി നോടൊപ്പം 2,750 രൂപയുടെ ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് ഫാം സൂപ്ര≠ിന്റെ പേരിൽ വ≠ിപ്പെരിയാർ എസ്.ബി.റ്റി.യിൽ മാറാവുന്ന വിധത്തിലുള്ളത് നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി നൽകേ≠താണ്. നിരതദ്രവ്യം കൂടാതെയുള്ളതോ താമസിച്ച് ലഭിക്കുന്നതോ ആയ ടെ≠റുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ 7-10-2010-ന് പകൽ 2.30 മണിക്ക് ഫാം ഓഫീസിൽവച്ച് ഫാം സൂപ്ര≠്/അദ്ദേഹം ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തു ന്നയാൾ ഹാജരുള്ള ദർഘാസുകാരുടെ/പ്രതിനിധിയുടെ സാന്നി ദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതും ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ നിരക്ക് ഇടുക്കി പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ കൃഷി ആഫീസറുടെ അംഗീകാരത്തിന് വിധേയ മായി ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും. ദർഘാസ് ലഭിക്കുന്നയാൾ 50 രൂപയുടെ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ കരാർ ഉടമ്പടി നൽകേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം വേപ്പിൻ പിണ്ണാക്കിന്റെ സാമ്പിൾകൂടി നൽകേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് അംഗീകരിച്ച് സπൈ ഓർഡർ ലഭിച്ചുകഴിഞ്ഞ് ഈ ആഫീസിൽനിന്നുള്ള നിർദ്ദേശാനുസരണം 7 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ആദ്യ ലോഡ് നൽകേ≠തും അവശേഷിക്കുന്ന അളവ് 31-3-2011-നകം ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്ന സമയത്ത് നൽകിയിരിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നൽകുന്ന വേപ്പിൻ പിണ്ണാക്കിൽനിന്നും പരിശോധനയ്ക്കായി സാമ്പിൾ എടുക്കുന്നതും മാലിന്യമു‡മാണെന്ന് ഉറപ്പാക്കിയശേഷം വില നൽകുന്നതുമാണ്. ടെ≠ർ സംബന്ധിച്ച അന്തിമ തീരുമാനം ഫാം സൂപ്ര≠ിന്റേതായിരിക്കും. കാരണം കാണിക്കാതെതന്നെ ടെ≠ർ നിരസിക്കുന്നതിനോ പുനർ ടെ≠ർ നടത്തുന്നതിനോ ഉള്ള അധികാരം ഫാം സൂപ്ര≠ിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും.

അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം 150 രൂപയും 4 ശതമാനം വാറ്റും നൽകേ≠തു≠്. പ്രസ്തുത തുക യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരിച്ചടയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല. ടെ≠ർ ഫോമുകൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ2 പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ഫോമുകളുടെ വില 100 രൂപയാണ്. ടെ≠ർ ഫോമുകളോടൊപ്പം 400 രൂപ നിരതദ്രവ്യം ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റായി ടെ≠റിനോടൊപ്പം അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. നിരതദ്രവ്യം കെട്ടിവയ്ക്കാത്ത ടെ≠റുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ടെ≠ർ ഫോമുകൾ 30-9-2010 2 മണിവരെ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും വിൽപ്പന നടത്തുന്നതാണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of lab equipments and chemicals to various departments of Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2010-11. The tender cost is Rs. 5,09,849.

The list of required specifications will be supplied along with the tender form.

The tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. A6/2812/10/GCW, dated 26-8-2010 for the supply of lab equipments and chemicals to the vairous departments and addressed to the Principal, Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram so as to reach the undersigned on or before 8-10-2010 at 2 p. m. Tenders received after the date and time will not be accepted under any circumstances. The tenders received within the stipulated time would be opened on 8-10-2010 at 3 p. m. in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may present at that time.

Intending tenderers can have the prescribed intended forms on demand from the college between 10 a. m. and 1 p. m. on all working days on payment of Rs. 1,100+VAT (12.5%). Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at Rs. 600 +VAT. Those who are intending to obtain the same by post should submit their request together with a self addressed and stamped envelope affixing postage stamp of worth Rs. 50. The cost of tender forms once remitted will not be refunded under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable.

Cheque/Postage Stamp/Postal Order will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor the forms be sent by VPP. Tender forms and tender schedule may be downloaded from PWD website (www.keralapwd.gov.in) Cover containing tenders should be superscribed 'Tender No. 68/SESC/10-11' and addressed to the Superintending Engineer, PWD Roads and Bridges, South Circle, Thiruvananthapuram-695 033. Tenders are accepted through post or registered couriers. Late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderer or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. If the tender date happens on a declared holiday the tender process will be done on the next working day at same time and place. The cost of tender forms may be paid as demand draft in favour of Superintending Engineer, Roads and Bridges, South Circle, Thiruvananthapuram and shall be submitted along with the tender and is not refundable under any circumstance.

Cheques or any other type of remittance will not be accepted for the cost of tender forms. Tender forms are not transferable. Tenders are to be accompanied with a preliminary agreement executed in Kerala stamp paper worth Rs. 100 and EMD for 2.5% of the quoted amount limited to a maximum of Rs. 50,000. The EMD shall be paid as Bank draft deposits pledged in favour of Superintending Engineer and duly stamped or National Savings/Bhadratha Certificate.
