The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 27-3-2008 and the verification of documents that followed for selection to the post of Village Extension Officer Gr-II (NCA for Viswakarma) on Rs. 5510-8590 in the Rural Development Department in Pathanamthitta District (Category No. 144/2008) arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked list is brought into force with effect from 23-3-2010 and will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies notified due to the paucity of candidates belonging to Viswakarma Community in the Ranked List published on 20-9-2006.

The candidates who have secured 71 (Seventyone) marks and above in the OMR test have been included in the list for Viswakarma Community.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But answer scripts will be re-checked if the candidates apply for re-checking, remitting the prescribed fee of Rs. 50 (Rupees fifty only) in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee." Applications for re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the Various Offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted any other manner will not be considered.

Applications for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered.

The Application for re-checking along with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission, District Office, Pathanamthitta within one month form the date of publication of the ranked list. Application for re-checking received after the prescribed time limit or not in the prescribed form will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. In the case of candidates who send applications for re-checking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be re-checked and the result of the re-checking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR Answer sheet (Part A&B) relating to this selection shall remit a fee of Rs. 200 by way of chalan in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account 0051-PSC- 800-Other receipts-99 Other receipts. The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Pathanamthitta within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR sheet invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Entries put in Column 4 (Community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Pathanamthitta within 1 (one) month from the date of publication of the ranked list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in this list.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type Test (OMR Valuation) held on 17-10-2008 and verification of documents that followed for selection for the Post of Pharmacist Gr. II on Rs. 4000-6090 in Health Services Department (Category No. 78/2007) in Alappuzha District arranged in the order of merit.

The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 5-3-2010. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of this list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

Valid applications for re-checking addressed to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Alappuzha-688 001 should reach this office within 30 days from the date on which Ranked List is officially released by the Commission. The application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit or not in the prescribed form will not be entertained. Applications for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered. The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

In the case of candidates who send applications for re-checking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing Original chalan receipt as stated above the marks awarded will be re-checked and the result of the re-checking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR) Test held on 7-11-2008 and the verification of original documents of candidates included in the Probability List published on 3-12-2009 for selection to the Post of Binder Grade II on Rs. 3350-5275 in Printing Department (Category No. 29/2007) in Kottayam District arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 15-3-2010. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advise for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But rechecking of marks will be done on payment of Rs. 50 (Rupees Fifty only). The fees should be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State by chalan under the Head of Account "0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fees". The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. The result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office. Application for re-checking of answer script should be submitted in the prescribed format available free of cost from the Enquiry Section of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website:www.keralapsc.org. or photocopies there from. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. The application for re-checking along with the original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee addressed to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Kottayam should reach this office within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List is officially released by the Public Service Commission. The application for re-checking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained.

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection shall remit the fee of Rs. 200 (Rupees Two hundred only) in any one of the treasuries in the State by Chalan under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-800-Other reciepts 99 -Other receipts". The duly filled application inthe prescribed form (available from the Commission's Website) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Kottayam within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List officially released by the KPSC. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Entries put in column 4 based on the Communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose Communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Kottayam within one month from the date of publication of this list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in the list.

The candidate who have secured 42 (Forty Two) marks and above in the Objective Type (OMR) Test to have been included in the Main List of the Ranked List. The marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidate included in the Supplementary Lists.

The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List or after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years which ever is earlier. The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the Objective Type Test (OMR Valuation) held on 11-4-2007 for selection to the post of Female Warden on Rs. 4990-7990 in the Scheduled Caste Development Department (Category No. 304/2007) in Malappuram District, arranged in the order of merit. The ranked list is brought into force with effect from 5-3-2010. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List or after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of this list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in this list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointments on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. Answer scripts will be rechecked, to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistakes in totalling of marks for various answers. Re-checking of answer scripts, will be done on payment of Rs. 50 (Rupees Fifty only ). The fee should be remitted in any of the treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee". The application for rechecking with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Civil Station, Malappuram within one month from the date on which this notification is officially released by the Public Service Commission. Application for re-checking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

Applications for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered. Candidates whose register numbers are not included in the ranked list are advised to refer to Notification No. ERII (3)2251/FW/SC dept/08/EWI dated 3-1-2009, for the Register Number of invalidated answer scripts and the reason thereof.

Applications for re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered.

Candidates who wish to obtain the photocopy (Xerox copy) of their OMR Answer Script (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection should remit the prescribed fee of Rs. 200 in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-800 Other Receipts-99-Other Receipts". The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Civil Station, Malappuram within one month from the date of publication of this Ranked List.

A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for copy of an answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Entries put in Column 4 (Community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their applications and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Malappuram within one month from the date of publication of the list, to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised on the basis of communities specified in the list.

The candidates who have secured 74 (Seventy four) marks and above in the Objective Type Test (OMR valuation) have been included in the Main List of the Ranked List. The cut off marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates under Supplementary Lists.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the the Objective Type Test (OMR Valuation) held on 7-6-2008 for selection to the post of Junior Public Health Nurse Gr. II on Rs. 6680-10790 in the Health Services Department (Category No. 301/2007) in Malappuram District, arranged in the order of merit. The ranked list is brought into force with effect from 22-3-2010. The ranked list will be in force till the publication of a new ranked list after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as28th SEPT. 2010] KERALA GAZETTE 892 amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of this list.

As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in this list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in this list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all, for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answerscript is not allowed. Answerscripts will be rechecked, to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistakes in totaling of marks for various answers. Re-checking of answer scripts, will be done on payment of Rs. 50 (Rupees Fifty only). The fee should be remitted in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99-Examination Fee". The application for re-checking with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Civil Station, Malappuram within one month from the date on which this notification is officially released by the Public Service Commission. Application for re-checking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

Applications for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered. Candidates whose Register Numbers are not included in the ranked list are advised to refer to Notification No. ER II (3) 4021/JPHN Gr. II/GEN/08/EW dated 5-3-2009 for the Register Number of invalidated answer scripts and the reasons thereof.

The applications for re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied there from. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered.

Candidates who wish to obtain the photocopy (Xerox copy) of their OMR answerscript (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection should remit the prescribed fee of Rs. 200 in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-800 other receipts-99-other receipts". The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Civil Station, Malappuram within one month from date of publication of this Ranked List. A copy of an answer sheet will be issuesd only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for copy of an answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Entries put in column (4) Community are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Civil Station, Malappuram within 1 (one) month from the date of publication of the list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised on the basis of communities specified in the list.

The candidates who have secured 50 (fifty) marks and above in the Objective Type Test (OMR Valuation) have been included in the main list of the Ranked List. The cut off marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates under Supplementary Lists.
