Scaled tenders are invited for the supply of the following Machines to Stationery Department . Tender No.-73 /2010-11 .

Cost of tender form :

Original Rs . 1,800 + 4 % VAT.

Duplicate Rs . 900 + 4%VAT .

Date of opening of tenler-20-10-2010.

1. Intending tenderers may on application to the Controller of Stationery , Kerala , Thiruvananthapuram- 695 033 obtain the requisite tender forms on which the tenders are to be submitted .

2. The sale of tender forms will be closed at 24 hours before the time fixed for the opening of the tender. Cost of tender forms will be accepted either in cash (remitted in the Office) or by Money Order only and should be sent to the Controller of Stationery , Thiruvananthapuram-595 033 (Name of the Officer should not be mentioned) . Cheques , Postage Stamps and Demand Drafts will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms and the tender forms will not be sent by V. P. P. The cost of tender forms is not refundable under any circumstances . The tender number and the name of the item for which the tender form is required should be clearly specified in the application /M.O . Coupon . The tenderers may request to quote Branded Machines of ISO 9001-2000 Companies ( OEM Manufacturing) only . ( Supporting Documents Required) . The tender forms are not transferable . The last date and time for receipt of tender is 3 p. m . on the date fixed for opening of tender and the tender will be opened at 4 p . m. on the same day . r

th 3. The cover containing the tender shall be appropriately superscribed with the tendee number and label " Tender for Computers " ( Separate cover for cach tender) and addressed to Controller of Stationery, Thiruvananthapuram- 695 033. Late tenders will not be accepted . The tender will be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at the time of opening of the tender.

4. Every tenderer shall send along with his tender a Preliminary agreement executed on a Kerala Stamp Paper of worth Rs . 100 and furnish 1% of the total cost of materials as Earnest Money Deposit . Earnest Money Deposit will be accepted in Cash/Demand Draft FDR taken in favour of the Controller of Stationery with due endorsement . The firms under SSI units registered with Store Purchase Department, Government of Kerala only will be exempted from the payment of EMD/ SD vide G.O. (P ) No. 385/ 2008/ Fin. dated 27-8-2003 . No firms are entitled to get " D/ C" Forms against the supply .

5. A specimen of the Preliminary Agreement Deed is appended to the tender form. Tenders received considered . Further be without the Agreement Deed, EarnEarnest Money Deposit will not details, if any, canbe had from the Office of the undersigned during the office hours .

6. Tenderer with proficient experience in hardware sales and services in Government Establishments are only requested to submit their tenders (Supporting Documents required) .

സ്റേഷനറി വകുപ്പിലേക്ക് താഴെ പറയുന്ന ഇനം സ്‌റോഷനറി സാധനങ്ങൾ 2010-11 വർഷത്തേക്ക് വാങ്ങുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു .

៣៣-73/2010-11 . ഇനവിവരം - ഇൻറൽ കോർ 13 കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ -50 എണ്ണം . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വില : 1,8004% VAT . പകർപ്പ്-രൂപ 900 +4 % VAT കർഘാസ്ലാസ് തുറക്കുന്നതുറക്കുന്ന 3ീയതി -20-10-2010 .

ദർഘാസ് കവറിൻറെ പുറത്ത് ദർഘാസ് നമ്പരും ഇനവും വ്യക്‌തമായി എഴുതണം . സ്‌റേഷനി മേൽവിലാസത്തിലാണ് ദർഘാസുകൾ അയയ'ക്കേണ്ടത് . കൺട്രോളർ , തിരുവനന്തപുരം -695 033 എന്ന അതാതു ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതിനായി നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടു തീയതികളിൽ 3 മണിവരെ മാത്രം ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അതേ ദിവസം 4 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ പ്രതിനിധി കളുടെയോ സാന്നിധ്യത്തിൽ ഒദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ് .തുമാണ് " . താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളും മറ്റ് വിവരങ്ങളും തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തെ സ്റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളറുടെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നും ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്നതിന്റെ തലേ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം 4 മണി വരെ ലഭ്യമാണ് . താൽപ്പര്യമുളളവർ ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ട നിശ്ചിത ഫോറത്തിനുവേണ്ടി സ്റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളർക്ക് അപേക്ഷ നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് . ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില നേരിട്ടോ മണി ഓർഡറായോ ( സ‌റോഷനി കൺട്രോളറുടെ ഔദ്യോഗിക മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ മാത്രം ) അടച്ചാൽ മതിയാകും . ചെക്ക് , ഡി.ഡി. , പോസ്‌റേറജ സ്ററാമ്പ് എന്നിവ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് വി . പി.പി. ആയി അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ അപേക്ഷയിൽ വ്യക്തമായി സൂചിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കണം . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറ പകർപ്പ് ആവശ്യമുളളവർ അതിൻറെ വില കൂടി ഒടുക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന ദിവസം ആഫീസ് അവധിയാണെങ്കിൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തായിരിക്കും . ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന സമയത്തിനും സ്ഥ‌ലത്തിനും മാററം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . കേരള സർക്കാർ സൗറേറാർ പർച്ചേസ് വകുപ്പിൽ രജിസ്ററർ ചെയ്തതും കേരളത്തിനകത്തുള്ളതുമായ SSI യൂണിററുകൾ ഒഴികെ ടെണ്ടറിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളും നിരതദ്രവ്യം നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് .
