Sealed and competitive tenders are invited for the purchase of furniture to Central Library of Government Engineering College , Sreekrishnapuram Palakkad.
Tender No.-18 /2010-11 .
Price of tender form:
Original Rs . 1,100 +4.04% (Taxes) Duplicate Rs . 600 +4.04% (Taxes) Earnest Moncy Deposit- 1 % of quoted value (only by means of Demand Draft from a Nationalized Bank payable at SBT Sreekrishna puram.)
Last date and time of issue of tender form 12-10-2010 , 2 p . m.
Last date and time of receipt of tenders 12-10-2010 , 4 p.m.
Date and time of opening of tenders-13-10-2010, 11 am .
Intending tenderers may obtain the requisice non-transferable tender forms separately for cach tenders from the Principal , Government Engineering College, Sreekrishnapuram Palakkad-678 633 on payment of the value noted against cachby cash orby Money Order ( postage charge Rs . 40 extra). The cost of the tender forms will be accepted by means of Cash or by Money Order only . EMD , shonld be submitted by way of demand drafts drwan on any nationalized bank in the name of The Principal, Govt . Engineering College , Sreekrishna- puram payable at SBT Sreekrishnapuram The tender forms should be accompanied by an agreement executed in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth Rs . 100 ,
Tenders should be clearly superscribed with the Description and Tender No. and the same will be opened on the specified date and time in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised repre- sentatives. The final acceptance of the tender rests entirely with the Government who do not bind themselves to accept the lowest or any other tender.
