കേരള ഗവർണ്ണർക്കുവേണ്ടി 1 ദക്ഷിണമേഖലാ സൂപ്രണ്ടിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ , നിരത്തുകളും പാലങ്ങളും വിഭാഗം , പണിക്ക് നിന്നും തിരുവനന്തപുരം താഴെ പറയുന്ന വകുപ്പിലെ അംഗീകത കരാറുകാരിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ ആലേഖനം ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകളിൽ തപാൽവഴി ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു . തപാലിൽ ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന കാലതാമസത്തിന് ഈ വകുപ്പ് ഉത്തരവാദി യായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം ദർഘാസ് ഷെഡ്യൂളിൻറെ രസീത് കൂടെ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അന്നേ ദിവസം 4.30-ന് ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ രജിസ്റോർഡ് തപാലിലോ അതിവേഗ തപാലിലോ ഏൽപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . കൊറിയർ ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
