4. Sindhu, aged 36 years,

properties in the Original Petition and Rs. 3,04,910 (described as F Schedule property in the Original Petition) shall be heard on this 15th day of December, 2010 at 11 a. m. if any persons are interested in the above matter, you may appear on the date of hearing to show cause why the letters of administration in respect of the above properties should not be granted.
