ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസിൽ അന്വേഷിച്ച് അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്. താല്പര്യമുള്ളവർക്ക് വാഹനങ്ങൾ സൂക്ഷിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന സ്ഥലത്തുവച്ച് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട അധികാരികളുടെ അനുവാദത്തോടെ വാഹനം പരിശോധിച്ച് ബോദ്ധ്യപ്പെടാവുന്ന താണ്.

വനം കേസ്സുകളിൽ പിടിച്ചെടുത്തിട്ടുള്ള താഴെ പട്ടികയിൽ വിവരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള വാഹനങ്ങൾ ലേലം കൊള്ളുന്നതിന് താല്പര്യമുള്ള വ്യ‡ികളിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ ലേല ദിവസം ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിവരെ നി›ിത വിലയും നികുതിയും ഒടുക്കി ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ്. പൂരിപ്പിച്ചതും പ്രത്യേകം മുദ്രവച്ചതുമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ നി›ിത നിരതദ്രവ്യ ത്തോടൊപ്പം 20-10-2010, 3 മണി വരെ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേ ദിവസം പകൽ 3.30 മണിക്ക് ലേലത്തിനായി ഹാജരായിട്ടുള്ള വരേയും ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളവരേയും മാത്രം പങ്കെടുപ്പിച്ച് ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസറോ, അദ്ദേഹം അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനോ തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസിൽവച്ച് വാഹനങ്ങൾ പരസ്യമായി ലേലം ചെയ്യുന്നതും അതിനുശേഷം പ്രസ്തുത ലേലത്തിന് സന്നിഹിതരായിട്ടുള്ളവരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും. ലേലത്തിലോ ദർഘാസിലോ ഏതാണോ കൂടുതൽ തുക ടി തുക വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്ത വ്യ‡ിയുടെ പേരിൽ ദർഘാസ്/ലേലം

12th OCT. 2010] FOREST DEPARTMENT 476ലേല ദിവസം പൊതുഅവധിയായി പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചാൽ, അടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം പ്രസ്തുത സ്ഥലത്തും സമയത്തും ദർഘാസ്/ലേലം നടത്തുന്നതാണ്. മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും കാരണത്താൽ ലേലം മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കേ≠ിവന്നാൽ 29-10-2010-ന് പ്രസ്തുത സ്ഥലത്തും, സമയത്തും ദർഘാസ്/ലേലം നടത്തുന്നതായിരിക്കും. ലേല നിബന്ധനകളിൽ മാറ്റം ഉ≠ാകുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് സംബന്ധിച്ച് പൊതു നിബന്ധനകൾ 2001 ജനുവരി 30-ലെ കേരള ഗസറ്റിൽ വാല്യം 46, പാർട്ട് III, പേജ് 48, 49-ൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിരി ക്കുന്നത് ഇതിന് ബാധകമാണ്.
നിബന്ധനകൾ
1. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ/ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നവർ അവരെ തിരിച്ചറിയുന്നതിന് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസർ നൽകിയ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്/ ഇലക്ഷൻ കമ്മിഷൻ നൽകിയിട്ടുള്ള തിരിച്ചറിയൽ കാർഡ്, പാസ്പോർട്ട് എന്നിവയിൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒന്നിന്റെ സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഫോട്ടോകോപ്പി ഹ ാ ജ ര ാ േ ക്ക ≠ ു ന്ന ത ാ ണ ് . ഹ ാ ജ ര ാ ക്ക ു ന്ന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ അസൽ പരിശോധനയ്ക്കുവേ≠ി ലഭ്യമാക്കേ≠താണ്.
2. ദർഘാസ്/ലേലം സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനും, നിരാകരി ക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള അധികാരം ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥ നിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും.
3. ദർഘാസുകൾ നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സ്ഥലത്തും, സമയത്തും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. നി›ിത സമയം കഴിഞ്ഞ് ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
4. വിജയിയായ ദർഘാസുകാരൻ/ലേലക്കാരൻ ലേലത്തുക 10,000 രൂപയിൽ കുറവാണെങ്കിൽ മുഴുവൻ തുകയും; ലേലത്തുക 10,000 രൂപയിൽ കൂടുതലാണെങ്കിൽ ലേലത്തുകയുടെ പകുതി (കുറഞ്ഞത് 10,000 രൂപ) ലേല ദിവസം തന്നെ ഒടുക്കേ≠ുന്നതാണ്.
ദർഘാസ്/ലേലം സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തിയതായി ഉത്തരവ് കിട്ടി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ബാക്കി തുകയും, നിയമാനുസൃതമായ നികുതികളും ഒടുക്കി വാഹനം നീക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. നി›ിത ദിവസത്തിനകം ബാക്കി തുകയും നികുതികളും ഒടുക്കി വാഹനം നീക്കം ചെയ്യാനാകാത്ത സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ ദ ർ ഘ ാ സ ു ക ാ ര െ ന്റ / േ ല ല ക്ക ാ ര െ ന്റ അ േ പ ക്ഷ യ ു െ ട അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ടി ബാക്കി തുകയോടൊപ്പം 18% പലിശയും 20 രൂപ തറവാടകയും കൂടി ഒടുക്കി തുടർന്നുള്ള 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം വാഹനം നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് അനുവദി ക്കുന്നതാണ്. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള സമയ പരിധിയ്ക്കകവും സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് തുക ഒടുക്കി വാഹനം നീക്കം ചെയ്യാത്ത പക്ഷം ടി വാഹനം ലേലക്കാരന്റെ/ദർഘാസുകാരന്റെ നഷ്ടോത്തരവാദിത്വത്തിൽ പുനർ ദർഘാസ്/പുനർലേലം അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ വിൽക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. വനം വകുപ്പിൽ കാലാകാലങ്ങളിൽ നിലവിലുള്ള ദർഘാസ്/ലേല നിബന്ധനകൾ ഇതിന് ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.

The details and necessary documents will be obtained from the Office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Timber Sales Division, Thiruvananthapuram on any working days till 12 Noon of tender date. Tender form can be obtained by remitting money either directly or through money order with necessary application. The cost of tender form will not be returned. The terms and conditions applicable to tender formalities in Kerala Public Works Department will be applicable to this work also. Tender forms are not transferable. A preliminary agreement in stamp paper worth Rs. 50 in prescribed form should also be submitted along with the tender. The tender without the preliminary agreement will be refused. If the tender date becomes holiday, the tender will be conducted on the next working day ie. on 15-11-2010.

The tenderers should execute a preliminary agreement on Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 100 along with the tenders. All other conditions are as usually followed in the PWD, Kerala. Tender documents issued are not transferable. The EMD should be endorsed in favour of the Wildlife Warden, Parambikulam and should clearly show the name of the work and name and address of the tenderers. Incomplete and defective tenders will be summarily rejected.
