Tender forms and other details can be had from this office on payment of prescribed amount either directly or by post Filled tenders with required documents should be submitted in separate sealed covers with an EMD of 1 % of the total cost of articles tendered with a preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 and the filled in tenders should reach the Office of the Principal and Controlling Officer , Govt . Homocopathic Medical College , Iranimuttom, Thiruvananthapuram within the prescribed date and time . Only cash and Money Orders are accepted for issuing tender forms . Tender No. and name of tender should be clearly specified in each cover while submitting tender forms and for other correspondence . Tenders received after the specified date and time will be summarily rejected then and there . If the date of opening of tender happens to be a holiday, the tender will be opened on the next working day itself.
