Whereas, M/s. Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. has deposited with this Court an amount of Rs. 4,42,740 (Rupees four lakhs forty two thousand seven hundred and forty only) as Workmen's Compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased workman Sri Prasanth, K. M. who met with a fatal accident on 11-1-2010 arising out of an in the course of his employment under the employer M/s. Aparajitha Synergies (P) Ltd.

And whereas, an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, Changanassery, it is understood that the following persons are the dependants of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section 2 (1) (d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923.

ദേശായി ഹോംസ്, ഗോപാലപ്രസാദ് റോഡ്, എറണാകുള ത്തിന്റെ കീഴിൽ ജോലി നോക്കിവരവെ മാരകമായി അപകടമു≠ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. ബാബു, വല്യാറ വീട്ടിൽ, മാടവന, പനങ്ങാട് പി. ഒ. യുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി 6,79,507 (ആറ് ലക്ഷത്തി എഴുപത്തി ഒമ്പതിനായിരത്തി അഞ്ഞൂറ്റി ഏഴ് മാത്രം) രൂപ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്. തൊഴിലാളികൾക്കുള്ള നഷ്ടപരിഹാര ആക്ടിലെ 2(1) (ഡി) വകുപ്പനുസരിച്ച് നിർവചിച്ചപ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി എറണാകുളം ജില്ലയിലെ പനങ്ങാട് പി. ഒ., മാടവന, വല്യാറവീട് (1) ശ്രീമതി കെ. പി. രാധ (ഭാര്യ), (2) ശ്രീമതി കുഞ്ഞി (മാതാവ്), (3) കുമാരി അനിലാ ബാബു (മകൾ), (4) മാസ്റ്റർ അഖിൽ ബാബു (മൈനറായ മകൻ) എന്നിവർ മാത്രമെ ഉള്ളു വെന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിത രാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റ് ആരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച് 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

And whereas, an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, Sulthan Bathery, it is understood that the following persons are the dependents of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section 2 (1) (d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923.
