കേരള ഗവർണ്ണർക്കുവേ≠ി ആലപ്പുഴ കൃഷി എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ താഴെ പറയുന്ന സാധന സാമഗ്രികൾ ഈ ആഫീസിൽ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് നി›ിത യോഗ്യതയുള്ള അംഗീകൃത ഏജൻസികളിൽ/ ഡീലർമാരിൽനിന്നും മത്സരസ്വഭാവമുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകളിൽ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

കവറിന്റെ പുറത്ത് സാധനസാമഗ്രികളുടെ പേര് എഴുതിയിരിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ 20-10-2010 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണി വരെ ഈ ആഫീസിൽ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേദിവസം വൈകുന്നേരം 3.30-ന് ഹാജരുള്ള ഏജൻസികളുടെയോ ഡീലർമാരുടേയോ അവർ രേഖാമൂലം അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ഏജന്റുമാരുടേയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. പ്രസ്തുത ദിവസം ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ അവധി ദിവസമായാൽ അടുത്ത പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസം മുകളിൽ പറഞ്ഞ വ്യവസ്ഥയിലും സമയത്തും ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. മുകളിൽ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന യന്ത്രങ്ങൾ, യന്ത്രഭാഗങ്ങൾ, മെഷിനറികൾ എന്നിവയുടെ പൂർണ്ണമായ സ്പെസിഫിക്കേഷൻസ് ആലപ്പുഴ കൃഷി എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.

ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണം സ്പെസിഫിക്കേഷൻ ഉൾപ്പെടെ ആലപ്പുഴ കൃഷി എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നും ദർഘാസ് ദിവസം 1 മണിവരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടുകൊ≠ുള്ള അപേക്ഷകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും നി›ിത തുക വിൽപ്പന നികുതി അടക്കം ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ അടച്ച് രസീത് വാങ്ങേ≠ തുമാണ്. ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിന്റെ അധിക പകർപ്പിന് വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയടക്കം പ്രത്യേക വില അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്.

ദർഘാസ് പത്രികയുടെ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കിക്കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് പത്രിക ഏജൻസി/ ഡീലർമാർക്ക് മാത്രം നൽകുന്നതും ആയത് കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതുമാണ്. എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ (കൃഷി) എന്ന പേരിലടച്ച നിശ്ചിത തുകയുടെ ബാങ്ക് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പി ക്കേ≠താണ്. നി›ിത തുകയുടെ നിരതദ്രവ്യമില്ലാത്തതും താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്നതുമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം നി›ിത ഫോറത്തിൽ 100 രൂപയുടെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ പ്രിലിമിനിറി എഗ്രിമെന്റ ് സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. സാധനങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസിനെ സംബന്ധിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമാണ്.

ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങളും മറ്റ് വിശദവിവരങ്ങളും ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന ദിവസത്തിന് 7 ദിവസം മുൻപ് മുതൽ 20-10-2010 പകൽ 1 മണിവരെ ഈ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറവില പണമായോ മണി ഓർഡർ ആയോ അടച്ച് (തിരികെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല) രേഖാമൂലം അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം അടക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠ നിരതദ്രവ്യം ട്രഷറിയിലോ അംഗീകൃത ബാങ്കിലോനിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്ന എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ (കൃഷി) ആലപ്പുഴ പേർക്ക് പിൻവലിക്കാൻ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തി ഒപ്പിട്ട ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റായി മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. നിരതദ്രവ്യം അടക്കം ചെയ്ത ദർഘാസി നോടൊപ്പം 100 രൂപയുടെ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ നി›ിത പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

വരുമാന നികുതി, നിർമ്മാണ തൊഴിലാളി ക്ഷേമനിധി, വിൽപ്പന നികുതി തുടങ്ങിയ നിയമാനുസൃത തുകകൾ നൽകുവാൻ കോൺട്രാക്ടർ ബാദ്ധ്യസ്ഥനാണ്. ദർഘാസിന്റെ കാലാവധി അതു സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അന്നുമുതൽ 6 മാസം വരെ ആയിരിക്കും.

ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെന്റിൽ നിലവിലുള്ള എല്ലാ നിയമങ്ങളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമാണ്. ദർഘാസിനുള്ള പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. യാതൊരു കാരണവും കാണിക്കാതെ ദർഘാസ് തീയതി മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കുന്നതിനും എല്ലാ ദർഘാസുകളും നിരസിക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള അധികാരം എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ (കൃഷി) യിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

നി›ിത ദിവസം അവധി ആയാൽ അടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം നി›ിത സമയങ്ങളിൽ ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ്.

ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ 6-9-2010 രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ 20-10-2010 പകൽ 1 മണി വരെ പ്രവൃത്തി സമയങ്ങളിൽ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതും പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ 20-10-2010 പകൽ 2 മണി വരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേദിവസം പകൽ 3 മണിക്ക് (അന്നേദിവസം അവധിയായാൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം) അപ്പോൾ ഹാജരായിട്ടുള്ള കരാറുകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതും ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ നിരക്ക് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന ടെ≠റുകാരന് മേലധികാരിയുടെ അംഗീകാരത്തിന് വിധേയമായി സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതുമാണ്.

ദർഘാസുകൾ കാരണം കാണിക്കാതെ നിരസിക്കുവാനോ മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കുവാനോ ഉള്ള അധികാരം ഫാം സൂപ്ര≠ിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്. 100 രൂപയുടെ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ നി›ിത മാതൃകയിലുള്ള പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടി ദർഘാസിനോ ടൊപ്പം ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം.

സർക്കാർ ദർഘാസുകൾക്കുള്ള എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമാവുന്നതാണ്.

Library books are to be supplied for the following subjects detailed below.

The last date for the receipt of the sealed quotations in the office of the undersigned is 18-10-2010, 2 p.m. and the quotations will be opened on the same day at 3 p.m. in the presence of the quotationers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.

The rate of maximum discount should be quoted for the supply of books and rate of discount for each subject must be quoted separately. The successful quotationer should execute an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 100 for the successful fulfillment of the contract and should supply books as given in the list on or before the date which will be intimated by the Principal. The successful quotationer should supply books only as per the supply order books not mentioned in the supply order will not be accepted. Books, should be supplied within the prescribed time.

The payment will be made on the basis of the bills through the Librarian of the General Library with specific recommendations to the effect that all the books were supplied as per supply order and received in good condition.

In case the quotationer fails to supply all the books mentioned in the supply order, the contract is liable to be cancelled and arrangements will be made to purchase the books from any other source and the loss, if any, sustained to College/Government will be made good from the contractor.

The Principal reserves the right to reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason thereof.

The bid shall be submitted by the manufacturer or their branch office in India.

The bidder should be in a position to assume, on a single point responsibility basis, the full obligation and responsibility for supplying the materials within the specified time schedule.

The manufacturer must have ISO certification and have at least 10 years of experience in design and manufacturing of meter test bench.

Tenderers shall submit particulars of similar equipments supplied by them to some of the important customers in India or Abroad especially in troplical regions. Preference will be given to the manufacturer having his own organization or accredited representatives of long standing possessing suitable technical and installation experience.

The manufacturer shall submit credential certificates received from any National/International Utility/Testing lab./manufacturers using similar or better equipment for its performance.

The bidder should not have been Black Listed (De- barred from quoting further tenders) on the ground of poor performance/poor supply records from any Indian utility/test house.

Test rack, scanner, Error calculator shall be of original equipment manufacturer.

Major components used in Test Bench like Voltage and current amplifier, Reference standard meter, etc, shall conform to safety requirement, ie. having CE mark.

The manufacturer must have their own service/ testing centre capable of repairing major components of offered test bench in India. Trained Engineers dedicated for trouble shooting & technical support should be permanently posted at service centre.

INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERERS

1.0. Sealed tenders in Two Part System (A) Technical Bid with Commerical terms but without Price bid and (B) Price Bid (both bids in duplicate) in accordance with the attached Commerical terms and Technical Specifications will be received for and on behalf of Chief Electrical Inspector to Government of Kerala.

all the tenders shall be prepared and submitted strictly in accordance with the instructions set forth herein. Tender Documents should be duly signed and stamped on each and everypage and all Schedules duly filled-in should be submitted by the tenderer along with his offer. Otherwise the offer will be liable for rejection.

1.1. The tenderers who do not fulfill the "Bid qualification requirement" as per section-II need not participate in the tender. Offers not safisfying this "Bid qualification requirements" will not be considered and will be summarily rejected.

1.2. Two part tender :

The tenders shall be in Two Part—Open Tender System as detailed below, each in a separate sealed envelope marked.

"Envelope-A" and "Envelope-B"

The First envelope, called Envelope-A shall contain :

(a) Unpriced Bid (i,e., Commerical & Technical Bid without Price)

(b) Any other information called for in the Specification other than Price.

This Envelope-A should not contain any Price BID. If any of the Bidders indicate price in envelope-A, the Bid will not be read out and will be rejected.

The second envelope, called "Envelope-B", shall contain the Price Bid only as per price schedule.

1.3. The tender in two parts shall be prepared in duplicate and put in separate sealed envelopes (Envelope- A & Envelope-B) as instructed above.

1.4. Outer envelope shall consist of :

1.5. Upon successful verification of the fulfillment of the requirement of Earnest Money Deposit, the Envelope-A containing Unpriced Bid i. e., Commercial Bid with Technical Terms except Price will be opened on the same day in respect of eligible tenderers satisfying the EMD requirements. If any of the bidders indicate price in Envelope-A the bid will not be read out and will be rejected.

1.9. Any offer received by the purchaser after the due date and time specified for submission of the tender offer will be declared late, rejected and returned unopened to the tenderer.

2.0. No offer shall be withdrawn by the Tenderer in the interval between the deadline for submission and the expiry of the period of validity specified/extended validity of the tender offer.

2.1 Only manufacturers must quote:—Tenders received from Agents/Dealers will not be considered. If the bids are received through Consortium, the same will not be considered and the bids will be rejected.

2.2 The Tenderers are requested to furnish the exact location of their factories with detailed postal address and pin code, telephone and Fax Nos etc. in their tenders so as to arrange inspection by the Department, if considered necessary.

2.3 Destinations-where materials are required:— The prices quoted should be on For Destination basis for delivery anywhere in the area under the jurisdiction of purchase organisation.

2.4 Validity :

The tender offer shall be kept valid for acceptance for period of 180 days from the date of opening of offers. The offers with lower validity period are liable for rejection.

2.5 Further, the tenderer shall agree to extend the validity of the Bids without altering the substance and prices of their Bid for further periods, if any, required.

2.6 Deviations :

The offers of the tenderers with deviations in commercial terms and Technical Terms of the Tender Document are liable for rejection.

2.8 A booklet with general conditions for tenderers is also part of this Tender Document. This shall also be submitted in duplicate with signature & seal on all pages. In the event of any discrepancy of any clause in this Tender Document & the General Terms and Conditions, the conditions mentioned in this documents shall prevail. Clauses in the booklet shall be applicable unless and until mentioned otherwise in this document.

DETAILED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION 4 The Meter Testing System will be suitable for giving an uninterrupted service in following conditions: * Ambient temperature 20°C to 45°C * Relative humidity up to 90%. * Mains voltage required for operation of the meter-testing system shall be 3x240V±10% three phase power supply at 50HZ±5%.

5 The complete meter test system shall consist of at least the following essential components. 1. A microprocessor controlled power source of modular type, having voltage sources and current sources.

Power Factor compensation shall be provided as per IEC 60555 so that the Meter Testing System will draw purely sinusoidal current from the mains A. C. supply without polluting the same.

7. Specification of valtage source

2 Successful bidder/vendor (hereinafter referred to as vendor) will be required to provide complete and comprehensive facilities for conducting routine, acceptance and certification tests pertaining to accuracy requirements only (error tests and dial tests) on electronic (static) single phase and three phase whole current energy meters electronic (static) three phase CT/VT operated energy meters of all types and Rotary Sub Standards (RSS) and Electronic Reference Sub-Standards (ERSS) of all types of accuarcy classes 0.05, 0.1S, 0.1, 0.2S, 0.2, 0.5S, 0.5, 1.0 and 2.0.

Applicable Standards

Meter Testing Equipment: IS 12346, IEC 60736 Energy Meters: IS: 14697, IS: 13779, IEC 62052-11, 62053-11, 21, 22, 23.

3 One set of following documents in print form (hard-copy) shall be supplied along with each test system: * Operating manual of each component of test equipment like Sources, ERSS etc. as well as the PC system

* Operating manual for the whole system * Wiring diagram * Calibration Certificate of the ERSS-from recognized National/International laboratory confirming to ISO/IEC 17025:2005

* Test certificate of complete test system/Test certificates of individual components of the system issued by the manufacturer (excluding the PC system).

* Soft copies of all the documents mentioned above.

The Voltage Source used in the Power Source shall be e a digital switch mode design. It shall have closed control conception of the in-built frequency generator for high stability and high precision of test voltage. 10. Stability at inductive, capacitive and non-linear loads for the power factor.

8. Specification of Current Sources

The Current Source used in the Power Source will be digital switch mode design. 9. Specification of Electronic Reference Standard

The class of accuracy of the Electronic Reference Standard Meter (ERSS) shall be 0.02% or better for active, reactive and apparent energy over the entire load range and independent of the measuring mode. The working current range of reference standard shall be from 1mA to 120A direct connected and voltage range from 30V to 630V (phase-neutral), both selectable through PC.

The ERSS shall have auto-range selection facility and facility to dial test (by power dosing) and an Rs. 232 serial communication port or USB port for communicating with PC. It must have a frequency output proportional to the power to enable calibration against a better or higher accuracy precision standard.

The Reference Standard Meter shall be direct current operated up to 120A.The current Technical requirements of Electronic Reference sensors (i.e.,CTs) for current measurement must be

No external CT's/Clamps are allowed for direct current measurement. The accuracy of reference standard meter must be confirmed by the manufacturer of the meter.

10. Three phase Isolation Current Tranformers (ICT):

Three phase ICTs shall be provided at each & every position of the test bench for test of single or three phase meter in link-closed/link- less conditions and shall be integrated and electronically compensated type. It shall be possible to connect/disconnect each ICT with the help of software with a clickable option. Overall accuracy of the TB with ICT shall be better than 0.05% and without ICT better than 0.02% for entire measurement range.

Facility to position all scanning heads installed on one side of the rack together in forward/backward direction.

(c) The scanning head shall be insensitive to ambient light. It shall give optical indication of pulses by LED.

(d) The scanning head must be able to measure LED pulse output (as per IEC 62052-11, clause 5.11) of frequency up to 1 kHz.

(e) An Individual Error Process/Display Unit will be mounted on each test position, it shall be LED type display not LCD type for better visibility. The resolution of error indication shall be 6 digits with decimal point configurable by software.

11. Specification of Harmonic Injection Unit

Facility to inject harmonics over the range 2nd to the 20th to each test voltage and test current independently. Amplitude of each harmonic shall be adjustable from 0 to 40% of the fundamental wave and phase angle of each harmonic shall be adjustable in the range from 0° to 360°.

12. Specification of Meter Mounting Rack

(a) The Meter Mounting Rack shall consist of a light weight aluminium frame for mounting of scanning heads, individual error process/display units and meters under test.

(b) Meter shall get connected by pre-wired type quick connection device to each position of test rack.

(c) Design of the frame shall be such that 20 Nos. energy meters of any type, single or three phases, 3 wires or 4 wire, whole-current or CT-VT operated can be safely and easily be accommodated on it.

(f) The Individual Error Process/Display Unit shall be equipped with a local keyboard which enables to : reset the error or to repeat the test if something is wrong acknowledge results of starting current and creep tests. Block the test position and disconnect voltage from it when the position is not used so that it would be possible to use the system safely when meters under test are not installed on all positions.

(g) The Individual Error Process/Display Unit shall be equipped with:

1 input for scanning head pulses

1 input for low frequency pulses from meter under test.

1 BNC type input for high frequency pulses (>20kHz) to test ERSS of lower accuracy. The offered software will have facility to test these ERSS in automatic mode where available.

1 input for reference impulses

(d) Necessary BNC type socket or any other suitable arrangement shall be provided on the Meter Mounting Rack to test the inbuilt ERSS against a precision standard of higher accuracy without removing the inbuilt ERSS from the source cabinet.

(e) Necessary cables shall be provided along with equipment to test ERSS having frequency output on BNC type socket.

(f) There shall be a warning lamp and emergency push-buttons fitted on the Meter Mounting Rack.

The complete fully automatic enery meter testing system including electronic reference standards meter excluding the PC shall be warranted for 3 years from the date of installation.

15. After Sales Services

Vendor shall provide after sales services free of cost during warrantee period, 36 months from the date of commissioning. Also the Vendor shall confirm that the after sales services and necessary spare parts required if any, shall be made available in India at least for a period of 5 years from the date of expiry of warrantee period.

Displaying the wave form of output voltage and current and harmonics analysis

The licensed proprietary software will allow to easily prepare test sequences so as to carry out testing in fully automatic mode.

16. Calibration and Testing

The equipment shall be supplied along with the manufacturer's test certificates of the individual components of the Meter Testing System (excluding the PC system) such as Power Source, Voltage and Current Sources, ERSS, Harmonics Injection Unit, Meter-Mounting Rack, Scanning-heads, Individual Error Process/Display Units, Isolation current transformers and/or the complete meter testing system (excluding the PC system), as well as a calibration certificate of the ERSS, valid for at least 12 months from the date of calibration or 9 months from the date of supply of the system whichever date is later. The calibration certificate of the ERSS shall be from any nationally or internationally recognised/accredited laboratory and conforming to the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 : 2005.

The Licensed proprietary software of the meter- testing equipment shall allow, at least, performace of the following tasks:

User interface to operate the system

Easy to prepare test-tables by using "drag & drop" concept

Supervision and control of the test procedure Supervision and display of the test current and voltage

Indication of the errors of the meters under test Evaluvation of the test results and generation of test-reports

Manual testing and automatic testing facility Facility to define test parameters in terms of percentage

Facility to define error limit in two levels 17. Specification of computer system (Desktop PC, Printer, Monitor, Softwares & Accessories thereof) The operating of the test equipment, the display of the actual values, the processing and display of the test results and the print out of the test results, reports etc. shall be controlled by the associated Desktop PC (Personal Computer) system complete with licensed Windows based operating system, licensed proprietary software of the meter-testing equipments and a Laser Jet printer having minimum specifications as given below to be supplied along with the meter testing system.

The Desktop PC (PC) will be connected to the measuring device and power sources and necessary leads and cables for making these connections shall be provided by the vendor at his cost.

The licensed proprietary software of the meter-testing equipment shall be supplied installed on the PC along with one spare set on DVD/CDs. This software shall be Windows based, user-friendly and menu driven, operated with the help of a mouse and keyboard in manual or automatic mode.

The manual mode of operation of the licensed proprietary software of the meter-testing equipment shall allow, at least, performance of the following tasks:

Controlling of the power source

Displaying of test parameters (actual values) on PC screen

Facility to protect the system from over voltage in manual mode and automatic mode

Facility to check meters for short circuit and open circuit conditions prior to starting of the testing in fully automatic mode for each sequence.

Facility to interrupt the testing and restart it again Password facility for administrator and operator with different levels

Print out facility of test-reports with desired header Facility to take back-up of data

Testing facility of at-least 20 different meters with 20 different constants

Software will have facility for display of different output voltages and currents

Facility to display the curve of test voltage and current in presence of harmonics

Protection of meters under test from high voltage and current.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തോടൊപ്പം 100 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള കേരള മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ നി›ിത മാതൃകയിലുള്ള സമ്മതപത്രം 17,00,000 രൂപ (പതിനേഴ് ലക്ഷം രൂപ മാത്രം) നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തോടുകൂടി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. നിരതദ്രവ്യം ടെക്നിക്കൽ ബിഡിനോ ടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. വില ഇന്ത്യൻ രൂപയിലാണ് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠ത്. ബാധകമായ എല്ലാ നികുതികളും കൃത്യമായി കാണിക്കേ≠താണ്. നി›ിത മാതൃകയിലുള്ള എഗ്രിമെൻറും നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ഇല്ലാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു മുന്നറിയിപ്പുമില്ലാതെ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ.് ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിലെ മാതൃകപ്രകാരമാണ് എഗ്രിമെന്റ ് തയ്യാറാക്കേ≠ത്.
