S. നാരായണൻ നമ്പൂതിരി, ടിയിൽ താമസം മൈനർ-രക്ഷകർത്താവ് 1-ാം ഹർജിക്കാരൻ. 1-ാം ഹർജിക്കാരന്റെ ഭാര്യയും 2-ം 3-ം ഹർജിക്കാരുടെ മാതാവുമായിരുന്ന ശ്രീമതി കുസുമകുമാരി 12-4-2008-ൽ മരണപ്പെട്ടുപോയതിനാൽ ടിയാളുടെ പേരിലുള്ള കേരള സ്റ്റേറ്റ് ഇൻഷ്വറൻസ് ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെന്റിലെ ഗ്രൂപ്പ് ഇൻഷ്വറൻസ് വകയിൽ ടി കുസുമകുമാരിക്ക് കിട്ടേ≠തായ 2,23,885 (ര≠ുലക്ഷത്തി ഇരുപത്തിമൂവായിരത്തി എണ്ണൂറ്റി എൺപത്തി അഞ്ച്) രൂപയും മേലാലുള്ള പലിശയും വാങ്ങിയെടുക്കുന്നതിന് ഹർജിക്കാർ മാത്രമാണ് അവകാശികൾ എന്ന് കാണിക്കുന്ന സക്സഷൻ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് കിട്ടുന്നതിന് ഹർജിക്കാർ ബഹു. ആലപ്പുഴ മുൻസിഫ് കോടതി മുൻപാകെ 2010-ൽ OP സക്സഷൻ 1/2010-ാം നമ്പരായി അപേക്ഷ ബോധിപ്പിച്ച് 27-10-2010-ാം തീയതി ഹർജി വിചാരണ വച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതിനാൽ ടി സക്സഷൻ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതിന് ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപം ഉള്ളപക്ഷം 2010 ഒക്ടോബർ മാസം 27-ാം തീയതി പകൽ 11 മണിക്ക് ടി കോടതി മുൻപാകെ ഹാജരായി ബോധിപ്പിച്ചു കൊള്ളേ≠തും അല്ലാത്തപക്ഷം ഹർജിക്ക് ആക്ഷേപമില്ലെന്ന്ക≠് തീർച്ച ചെയ്യുന്നതാണെന്ന വിവരം ഇതിനാൽ തെര്യപ്പെടുത്തി ക്കൊള്ളുന്നു. എസ്. നാരായണൻ നമ്പൂതിരി, ഹർജിക്കാർഭാഗം അഡ്വക്കേറ്റ്. 4th MAY 2010] 2 Before the Honourable District Court II, Thiruvananthapuram OP (G & W) 198 OF 2010

Whereas the petitioner have applied for getting permission to sell the share of his minor son viz. Nidhi Krishna with respect to the property of his

deceased wife P. L. Jayasree who died on 4th day of August, 2009 at Thiruvananthapuram. The scheduled properties having an extent of 9 cents together with buildings comprised in Sy. Nos. 463 and 543/B of Anchamada Village, Thiruvananthapuram as per the registered release deed Nos. 3486 of 1981 and 3045 of 2008 of Sasthamangalam Sub Registrar's Office.

Notice is hereby given that anybody having any objection in granting permission shall appear in the said court in person or through an Advocate and file the objection if any at 11 a. m. on 25-11-2010 and in default of which the permission will be granted as if there is no objection.
