Sealed and competitive tenders are invited for the supply of following survey instruments and electronic equipment by the undersigned for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala .

Duplicate Rs . 900+ VAT ( 4%) for Sl . No. 1 , Rs . 200 VAT ( 4 % ) for Sl . No. 2 and Rs . 800+ VAT ( 4 %) for Sl . No. 3.
Detailed specification is available with the office on all working days and along with the tender form.
The items should be guaranteed for one year from the date of installation. A security deposit of5% shall be retained with Government for one year and the entire maintenance shall be attended by the accepted tenderer (s) free of cost during the above period .
The instruments should be delivered within 30 daysdays after receiving the order at the place specifiedby the Chief Hydrographer , Hydrographic Survey Wing , Thiruvananthapuram . The supplier shall give training to employees of this Wing in the handling of the instruments free of cost . They should also give technical support for the first installation of each of the equipment .
The contractor should enclose documents with full details pertaining to the supply of the same items to any Government/ Semi- Government Organizations /Public Sector Undertakings along with the tender form .
Tenders should be superscribed " Tencier for the supply of Survey Instruments " with the No. and Description of item specified and must be addressed to the Chief Hydrographer , Hydrographic Survey Wing, Thiruvananthapuram - 695 010 , so as to reach on or before 10-11-2010 before 1 p.m. Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at 3 pm on the same day in the presence of such tenderers or their representatives who are present at that time .
The tenderer should submit Earnest Money Deposit as per rule along with the tender in the form of a crossed DD in favour of the Chief Hydrographer , Hydrographic Survey Wing payable at Thiruvananthapuram.
Intending tenderers may obtain the requisite tender form on application to the undersigned . Application for the tender form should be accom- panied by a cash remittance of the cost of the tender form (DD/ Cheques not acceptable) . Sale of tender form will be closed at 12 noon on 9-11-2010 . The tender forms are not transferable . Those who want to get the tender form by post should also enclose a self- addressed envelope bearing postage stamp of Rs . 25 well in advance .
The tenderers should enclose a preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 100 and the required EMD for each tender . The tender without Preliminary agreement and EMD will be rejected outright . The final acceptance of the tender rests entirely with the Goverment , who reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders received without assigning any reason thereof . All other conditions prevailing in Govern- ment Department are binding on this tender also.

ഉത്തരവാദ ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ സ്ഥാപിച്ചതിനുശേഷം അവയ്ക്ക് ഒരുവർഷ ഉത്തരവാദിത്വം നൽകേണ്ടതും വിലയുടെ 5 % ജാമ്യനിക്ഷേപമായ നൽകേണ്ടതും കാലഘട്ടത്തിലുണ്ടാകുന്ന സകല അററകുററപ്പണികളും സൗജന്യമായി ചെയ്തുതരേണ്ടതുമാണ് .
ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ ഓർഡർ ലഭിച്ച് മുപ്പത് ദിവസ ഹൈഡ്രോഗ്രാഫർ ത്തിനകം ക്കുന്ന موايد സ്ഥലത്ത നിർദ്ദേശി വിതരണം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാകുന്നു . ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ പ്രവർത്തിപ്പിവിപ്പിക്കാൻ ആവശ്യമായ സാങ്കേതിക സഹായവും ഈ വകുപ്പിലെ ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് ആവശ്യമായ അവ കൈകാര്യം പരിശീലനവും സൗജന്യമായി നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് .
സ്ഥാപന കരാറുകാരൻ ഇതിനുമുൻപ് ഇതേ ഉപകരണം സർക്കാർ / അർദ്ധസർക്കാർ /പൊതുമേഖലാ ങ്ങൾക്ക് നൽകിയിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അവയുടെ പൂർണ്ണവിവരം ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിനോടൊപ്പം ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്യേണ്ട താകുന്നു .
ദർഘാസ് (പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ , ചീഫ് ഹൈഡ്രോ (ഗ്രാഫർ , ഹൈഡ്രോഗ്രാഫിക് സർവ്വ വിഭാഗം , തുറമുഖ വകുപ്പ് , തിരുവനന്തപുരം -695 001 gm വിലാസത്തിൽ സർവ്വെ ഉപകരണങ്ങളുടെ വിതരണ ത്തിനുളള ദർഘാസ് എന്ന് ഉപലേഖനം ചെയ്ത് 10-11-2010 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിക്കു മുൻപായി ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവിധം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേ ദിവസം വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് കരാറുകാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുളള (പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ‌്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കു ന്നതാണ് .

( ഡി.ഡി. , ചെക്ക് സ്വീകാര്യമല്ല ) . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം തപാലിൽ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ സ്വന്തം എഴുതിയതും 2525 രൂപ സ്ററാമ്പ് ഒട്ടിച്ചതുമായ கவர் അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പി വിലാസം ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം 100 രൂപയുടെ കേരള മുദ്ര പത്രത്തിലുള്ള പ്രാഥമിക കരാറും ആവശ്യമായ നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം. ഇവ ഉളളടക്കം ചെയ്യാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരുപാധികം നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസിൻറെ അംഗീകാരം സർക്കാർ തീരുമാനങ്ങൾക്ക് വിധേയമായിരിക്കുന്നതും ഏതു ദർഘാസും അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നതിനോ നിരസി ക്കുന്നതിനോ താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന് 2ഉള്ളതു മായിരിക്കും . എല്ലാ പൂർണ്ണ അധികാരം ഉളള തമ സർക്കാർ വകുപ്പുകളിൽ നിലനിൽക്കുന്ന വ്യവസ്ഥകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമാണ് .
