In the matter of the sale of the property of the Irshyana, R. being a minor (Petition under Section 27 read with Section 29 and Section 31 of the Guardian and

Wards Act 1890)

Take notice that, on the 17th day of July 2010, J. Rani and J. Jayarajan, residing at Azhankal House, J. J. Bhavan, Puthiyathura P. O., Karumkulam Village, Neyyattinkara Taluk presented a petition to this Court praying that J. Rani, Azhankal House, J. J. Bhavan, Puthiyathura P. O., Karumkulam Village, Neyyattinkara Taluk may be appointed the guardian of the person/ property of the above named minor and for allowing her to sell 7 cents (2 Are 83 sq. meters) in Re-survey Block No. 18, Re-survey No. 91, Re-survey Sub Division No. 4, old Survey No. 164/1K, 159/2D, Karumkulam Village, Neyyattinkara Taluk belonging to the minor and that Petitioners:

1. J. Rani, residing at Azhankal House, J. J. Bhavan, Puthiyathura P. O., Karumkulam Village, Neyyattinkara Taluk.

2. J. Jayarajan, aged 48 years, s/o John, do. do.

3. Irshyana, R., aged 16 years, daughter of J. Rani, do. do.

Represented by her mother and guardian the 1st petitioner.

Counter Petitioner :—Nil.

25-11-2010 has been fixed for the hearing of the petition and that if you desire to oppose the said petition, or to apply for the appointment of any person other than J. Rani as guardian of the person/property of the said minor, you must appear on the said 25-11-2010 in this Court, at 11 a. m. in person or by a duly authorised Pleader and be prepared to aduce any documentary and oral evidence upon which your rely and that, in default of your appearance, the said petition may be heard and determined in your absence. Any relation or friend of the said minor may appear and be heard upon the said petition and may inspect and obtain a copy of the petition and it shall not be necessary to present any application for this purpose.
