twenty one Whereas Sri Sithu , '55 , Nandanam House ' , M.G. Nagar , Vazhayila , Peroorkada Village , Thiruvanan- thapuram Taluk, Thiruvananthapurm District has purchased for Rs . 25,00,000000 (Rupees five lakhs only ) the immovable property specified below at the sale held in public auction on 25-2-2009 for the recovery of Abkari arrears amounting to Rs . 1,00,51,360 (Rupees One crore fifty thousand three hundred and sixty only ) due from Sri K. Jayachandran , Padinjattil Veedu , Chellamcode , Nedumangad , Nedumangad Village, Nedumangad Taluk, Thiruvananthapuram District and whereas the Revenue Divisional Officer , Thiruvananthapuram has confirmed the sale in his Order No. A- 21423/09 dated 8-9-2010 under Section 54 of the Kerala Revenue Recovery Act , 1968, it is hereby declared under sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 57 of the said Act that the said Sri Sithu , 55 , Nandanam House ' , M. G. Nagar , Vazhayila , Peroorkada of Peroorkada Village, Thiruvananthapuram Taluk, Thiruvananthapuram District is the lawful successor to all the rights of the former land holder in the said immovable property.
