NOTIFICATION

No. EFL. 10-2638/2010.

WHEREAS, the Government of Kerala has published Act No. 21 of 2005, namely, the Kerala Forest (Vesting and Management of Ecologically Fragile Lands) Act 2003, which came into effect from 2nd day of June 2000 for the conservation and management of ecologically fragile lands, minimizing the reduction of degradation of the Eco-System and Biological Diversity therein.

Now, it is hereby notified for the information of the public that the ownership and possession of the land as per the details shown in the schedule hereto, in the District of Palakkad has been vested with the Government of Kerala free from all encumbrances and the right, title and interest of the owner or any other person thereon shall stand extinguished from the date of commencement of the Act, i.e. 2nd June 2000.

The publication of the notification is made as required under Section 3(2) of the Kerala Forest (Vesting and Management of Ecologically Fragile Lands) Act, 2003 as per Government Notification No. 15567/Leg. B1/01/Law dated 3rd May 2005 and published in Kerala Gazette No. 929 dated 3rd May 2005.

Sealed competitive tenders subscribing the name of the works are invited by the undersigned for and on behalf of Governor of Kerala from the registered contractors for the following works.

Tender forms and other conditions can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on application in writing and on payment of the cost of tender form either in cash or by money order (not refundable) up to 1 p. m. on 10-11-2010 and will be opened by the undersigned or his deputee on the same day at 3.30 p.m. in the presence of the applicants attending on that date. In the case of downloaded tender applications, in addition to the prescribed EMD, a Demand Draft for the tender form value from a Nationalized Bank drawn in favour of Wildlife Warden, Wildlife Division, Munnar payable at Munnar shall also be enclosed. No other mode of remittance of tender form cost is not acceptable.

1961-ലെ കേരള വന നിയമം 61 എ വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് ക≠ുകെട്ടിയതും താഴെ പട്ടികകളിൽ വിവരി ക്കുന്നതും അതാത് റെയിഞ്ചുകളിൽ സൂക്ഷിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതുമായ വാഹനങ്ങൾ അവ സൂക്ഷിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള സ്ഥലത്തെ തത്സമയ അവസ്ഥയിലും സ്ഥിതിയിലും വിലയ്ക്ക് വാങ്ങുന്നതിന് ഓരോ വാഹനത്തിനും പ്രത്യേകം പ്രത്യേകം സീൽ വെച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ 11-11-2010 വരെ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. പട്ടിക ഒന്നിൽ ടെ≠ർ കം ഓക്ഷൻ നടത്തുന്നതിനുള്ള വാഹനങ്ങളും പട്ടിക 2-ൽ റീ-ടെ≠ർ കം റീ-ഓക്ഷൻ നടത്തുന്നതിനുമുള്ള വാഹനങ്ങ ളുമാണ് കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നത്. ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിച്ചശേഷം ദർഘാസുകാരെ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തി ലേലം/പുനർ ലേലം നടത്തുന്ന തിനും അതിന് ശേഷം ദർഘാസുകൾ അപ്പോൾ സന്നിഹിത രായ ദർഘാസുകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ കണ്ണൂർ ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസറോ, അദ്ദേഹം അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനോ കണ്ണൂർ ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസിൽ വച്ച് തുറക്കുന്നതും കൂടുതൽ വില വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്തവരുടെ പേരിൽ ലേലം/പുനർലേലം/ദർഘാസ് താൽക്കാ ലികമായി ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും. പട്ടിക ഒന്നിൽ കൊടുത്തി രിക്കുന്ന വാഹനങ്ങളുടെ ടെ≠ർ കം ഓക്ഷൻ 11-11-2010-ന് 3 മണിക്ക് നടത്തുന്നതായിരിക്കും. 11-11-2010-ന് വില്പന നടത്താൻ സാധിക്കാത്ത വാഹനങ്ങൾ 18-11-2010-ന് വീ≠ും പകൽ 3 മണി വരെ ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിച്ചുകൊ≠് മുകളിൽ പറഞ്ഞ രീതിയിൽ വില്പന നടത്തുന്നതാണ്. പട്ടിക ര≠ിൽ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന വാഹനങ്ങളുടെ റീ-ടെ≠ർ കം റീ-ഓക്ഷൻ 11-11-2010-ന് 3.30-ന് നടത്തുന്നതായിരിക്കും. മേൽ തീയ്യതിയിൽ വില്പന നടത്താൻ സാധിക്കാത്ത വാഹനങ്ങൾ 18-11-2010-ന് വീ≠ും പകൽ 3.30 മണി വരെ ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിച്ചു കൊ≠് മുകളിൽ പറഞ്ഞ രീതിയിൽ വില്പന നടത്തുന്നതാണ്.
