AUCTION NOTICE
No.J-4256/2009.
13th September 2010 .
The highestbidder shall cut and remove the 52 teak wood trees at his own cost safely at 60 cms . deep from the ground level , without any destruction and obstruction to the other assests nearby, within 30 days from the receipt of confirmation order from the District Colletor in this regard . If any loss is sustained the contraotor will be responsible for it and liability will be recovered from the contractor .
All the rules and conditions of the Government Auction will be in force to this auction also . The Revenue Divisional Officer and District Collector have full right for the adjournment or cancellation of the auction , if the amount fetched is below the rate fixed by the Government or by any other reason .
52Nos . of teak wood trees which are reserved in the lease land of M/ s . Travancore Cochin Chemicals Ltd. , Eloor, Udyogamandal P. O. in Eloor Village of Parur Taluk in Ernakulam District and the said trees are to be removed for setting up of container freight station of the TCC Ltd. The Revenue Divisional Officer , Fort Kochi or the Authorized Officer as per the direction of the District Collector, Ernakulam will couduct public auction on 25-11-2010 (Thursday) to sell the 52 teak wood trees listed in the schedule attached herewith at the premises of TCC Company .
Those who are interested to participate in the public auction should remit Rs . 20,000 ( Twenty thousand only) as EMD before the commencement of the auction . No other mode of remittance will be entertained . The sale willbe fixed temporarily in the name of the highest bidder.
The highest bidder shall remit the following the temporary amounts immediately after confirmat- ion of the auction/ tender .

എറണാകുളം ജില്ലയിൽ പറവൂർ താലൂക്കിൽ ഏലൂർ വില്ലേജിൽ ഏലൂർ (ട്രാവൻകുട് കൊച്ചിൻ കെമിക്കൽസ് ലിമിറാഡ് , ഉദ്യോഗമണ്ഡൽ പി , ദ . കമ്പനിയുടെ പുതിയ പ്രോജക്ട് നടപ്പാക്കാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന ലീസ് ഭൂമിയിൽ റിസർവ്വ് ചെയ്ത് നിർത്തിയിട്ടുളള താഴെ പട്ടികയിൽ വിവരിക്കുന്ന 52 000 മരങ്ങൾ ജില്ലാ കളക്ടറുടെ നിർദ്ദേശാ നുസറണ ഫോർട്ടുകൊച്ചി റവന്യൂ ഡിവിഷണൽ ഓഫീസറോ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഉദ്യോഗസ്‌ഥനോ 25-11-2010 (വ്യാഴം ) രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് ഈ മരങ്ങൾ സ്ഥ‌ിതിചെയ്യുന്ന ഏലൂർ (ട്രാവൻകൂ കൊച്ചിൻ കെമിക്കൽസ് ലിമിറ്റഡ് കോളനി കമ്പനി പരിസരത്തുവച്ച് പരസ്യമായി ലേലം നടത്തി വില ന്നതാണ . ലേലത്തിന് പങ്കെടുക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹി ക്കുന്നവർ 20,000 ( ഇരുപതിനായിരം രൂപ) നിരതദ്രവ്യം ലേല നടപടികൾ ആരംഭിക്കുന്നതിന് മുമ്പായി കെട്ടി വെക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .

ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ തുകയ്ക്ക് Ceret. വിളിക്കുന്നയാൾ പേരിൽ ലേലത്തുക ന്യായമാണെന്ന " ബോദ്ധ്യപ്പെടുന്നപക്ഷം Ceret താൽക്കാലികമായി ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്നതും ടിയാൻ അപ്പോൾതന്നെ താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന നിരക്കിൽ തുക ഒടുക്കി രസീത് വാങ്ങേണ്ടതുമാണ് .

ജില്ലാകളക്‌ടറിൽ നിന്നും പ്പെടുത്തിയ ഉത്തരവ് കൈപ്പാറി 30 ദിവസത്തിനുളളിൽ 32 തേക്ക് മരങ്ങളും ലേലം കൊളളുന്നയാൾ ചെലവിൽ തന്നെ ๑๐๐ നാശനഷ‌ട വരുത്താതെ വസ്തു celes . സ്വന്തം കൊണ്ടയാൾ ดา നിരപ്പിൽനിന്ന് 60 സെ . മീറാർ ആഴത്തിൽ സുരക്ഷിതമായി മുറിച്ചു നീക്കം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ ഏതെങ്കിലും തരത്തിലുളള നാശനഷ്ടങ്ങൾ വരുത്തിയാൽ അതുമൂലമുണ്ടാകുന്ന എല്ലാ കഷ്ടനഷ്‌ടങ്ങൾക്കും ഉത്തരവാദിയായിരിക്കുന്നതും നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം കൊണ്ടയാളിൽനിന്നും ഈടാക്കുന്നതുമാണ് . സർക്കാർ വക ലേലത്തിൻറെ എല്ലാ വ്യവസ്ഥകളും ഈ ലേലത്തിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ലേലത്തുക സർക്കാർ നിശ്ചയിക്കുന്ന തുകയിൽ കുറവാണെന്ന് കാരണങ്ങളാലോ celes . ขว ๐๐ ๆ കണ്ടാലോ മററ വയ്ക്കുന്നതിനും ов в ചെയ്യുന്നതിനും റവന്യൂ ഡിവിഷണൽ ഓഫീസർ , ഫോർട്ടുകൊച്ചി , หญิง കളക്‌ടർ , എറണാകുളം എന്നിവർക്ക് അധികാരമുണ്ടായി രിക്കുന്നതുമാണ് .
