Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Computer & Accessories to General Library of PTM College , Perinthalmanna for Rs . 4,94,000 under Development of Lab /Library (Plan) during 2010-11 . The Tenders should be superscribed as " Supply of Computer and Accessories under Development of Lab/ Library (Plan) during 2010-11" and addressed to the Principal , P. Т. М Government College , Perinthalmanna, Malappuram District , Pin-679 322, Kerala State. The last date and time of receipt of filled in tender is on 11-11-2010 at 2 p.m. and will be opened on the same day at 2.30 p.m. Sale of tender forms will be closed on 10-11-2010 at 2 p.m. Late tenders will not be accepted.

Every tender should be completely filled, signed and acaccompanied by Demand Draft towards EMD @ 1% of totaloftotal cost oftof equipments to be quoted. Short /Term/Fixed Deposit receipt should not be accepted towards E.M.D. E.M.D. carry no interest. The rate , VAT and other charges shouldbe quoted separately for each item . The rates should be valid upto 31-3-2011 . The successful tenderers should supply the equipments with in one month after the receipt of the supply order at their own expenses . The firms who are exempted from furnishing EMD should attach true copy of the exemption order along with tender documents . Every tenderer should execute an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 100 along with the tender .
