Health Services Department SHORT TENDER NOTICE
[No. 5/2010-11/GAL ]
No. LS- 1616/2010-11 /GAL . 28th September 2010.
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of ELISA Reader ( Imported) for the use of Government Analyst Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram , Regional Analytical Laboratory, Ernakulam and for supply of the above places .
The tender should be superscribed " Tender No. 5 /2010-11 /GAL for purchase of Elisa Reader (Imported) " and addressed to the Chief Government overnment Analyst's Analyst, Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram- 37 , so as to reach the Chief Government Analyst on or before 4 p . m. on 29-11-2010 . Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at 11 a . m. on 30-11-2010 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time..
Intending tenderers may sent an application to the Chief Government Analyst for obtaining the requisite tender forms on whiwhich the tenders should be submitted . Application for tender forms should be accompaniedby Cash remittance or Money Order of Rs . 723 (Including VAT) which is the price fixed for tender forms. This is not trans. ferable . Sale of tender forins will be closed at 3 p . m. on 27-11-2010. Cheques, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towardstowards the cost of tender forms . The tender forms will not be sent by V.P.P. Duplicate forms , if required will be issued at Rs . 416 per сору .
തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെൻറ് അനലിസ്ററ് ലബോറട്ടറിയിലേയും എറണാകുളം , കോഴിക്കോട് എന്നീ റീജിയണൽ അനലിറ്റിക്കൽ ലബോറട്ടറികളിലേയും ആവശ്യത്തിനായി അതാതു സ്‌ഥലങ്ങളിൽ നൽകത്തക്ക വിധം എലിസാ റീഡർ ( വിദേശനിർമ്മിതം ) വാങ്ങുന്നതി നുവേണ്ടി മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു . ദർഘാസുകളിൽ ടെണ്ടർ നമ്പർ 5 /2010-11 /ജി . എ . എൽ . രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി 4 موانم ഗവൺമെൻറ് അനലിസ്ററ് , ഗവൺമെൻറ് അനലിസ്ററ്സ് ലബോാട്ടറി , തിരുവനന്തപുരം 37 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 29-11-2010, മണിക്കോ അതിനുമുമ്പായോ നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് . സ്വീകാര്യമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ നൽകി യവരുടെയോ അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയവരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ 30-11-2010 പകൽ 11 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .
രേഖാമൂലം അപേക്ഷി ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ അസ്‌സലിന് 728 രൂപയും കോപ്പികൂടി ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ കോപ്പി ഒന്നിന് 416 രൂപയും മണിയോർഡറായോ നേരിട്ടോ അടച്ച് ചീഫ് ഗവൺമെൻറ് അനലിസ്ററ് , ഗവൺമെൻറ് അനലിസ്റ് ലബോറട്ടറി , തിരുവനന്തപുരം -37 gm വിലാസത്തിൽ ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വില അടച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ മടക്കിക്കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറ വിൽപന 27-11-2010 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് നിർത്തി വയ്ക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻെറ ขาย ചെക്കുകളായോ ഡ്രാഫ്ററായോ പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ ആയോ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. കൂടാതെ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം വി. പി . പി . ആയി നൽകുന്നതല്ല .
