Cost of tender form is Rs . 25,000 + VAT cach E. M. D. of Rs . 50,000 each hould be endorsed for the works in favour of Superintending Engineer . The date of issue of tender documents is from 6-12-2010 to 9-12-2010 upto 1 p . m . Last date of receipt of tender is on 17-12-2010 upto 4 p . m . The technical bids will be opened atat 4.30 p. m . on the same day. If it falls as a holiday, the next working day will be taken into account . The contractor having 'A' Class Registration in P.W.D./Irrigation Department of Kerala State and who have completed

atleast one work of similar nature having a magnitude of40% of the estimate cost of above works within 5 years . The documents in proof of this shallbe produced along with the application for tender documents . The tender forin and schedule willbe available in departmental website. The E. M. D. and preliminary agreement and TR - 5 (in original) or DD shouldbe furnished along with P. Q. tender . All other conditions prevailing in P. W. D. regarding Pre -qualification bids and tende , are laid down in G.O. (P) No. 84 / 97/PW & T dated 19-8-1997 will be applicable. Concession which is allowed to the Kerala State Construction Corporation and Labour Contract Co -Operative Societies as per rules in force will be applicable. Tender documents will be accepted by this office only through registered post SpeedPost/courrier. Further details can be had from this Office on all working days .
Nots. Pre-qualification tender documents should be submittedwith all detail in separate covers asfollows:
Cover- 1-Technical bid in duplicate with TR. 5, or DD towards cost of tender form , EMD & Preliminary agreement etc. tied together.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വില 25,000 രൂപ + വാറം നിരതദ്രവ്യം 50,000 രൂപ വീതവും ആയിരിക്കും , ദർഘാസ് സംബന്ധിച്ച് നിലവിലുള്ള എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ഇതിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ ദർഘാസ് ( പ്രമാണ ങ്ങ ൾ 6-12-2010 5 9-12-2010 2 1 മണിവരെ നൽകുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 17-12-2010 വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിവരെ . മുൻയോഗ്യതാ പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ അന്നേദിവസം 4.30 -ന് തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് . അന്നേദിവസം അവധിയാണെങ്കിൽ അട്യത്ത പ്രവൃത്തിദിവസം തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .
