കേരള ഗവർണ്ണർക്കുവേ≠ി വെള്ളായണി ആർ. റ്റി. റ്റി. സെന്റർ ടെക്നിക്കൽ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് താഴെ പറയുന്ന സാധന സാമഗ്രികൾ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് നി›ിത യോഗ്യതയുള്ള അംഗീകൃത ഏജൻസികളിൽ/ ഡീലർമാരിൽ നിന്നും മൽസരസ്വഭാവമുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകളിൽ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. കവറിന്റെ പുറത്ത് സാധനസാമഗ്രികളുടെ പേര് എഴുതിയിരിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ 11-11-2010 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിവരെ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേ ദിവസം 3.30 മണിക്ക് ഹാജരുള്ള ഏജൻസികളുടെയോ/ഡീലർമാരുടെയോ അവർ രേഖാമൂലം അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ഏജന്റുമാരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ.്

പ്രസ്തുത ദിവസം ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ അവധി ദിവസമായാൽ അടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം മുകളിൽപറഞ്ഞ വ്യവസ്ഥയിലും സമയത്തും ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ്.

നെല്ലിയാംപതി ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഓറഞ്ച് ആന്റ ് വെജിറ്റബിൾ ഫാമിലെ ഗ്രീൻ ഹൗസിനും ആന്തൂറിയം പന്തലിനും ആവശ്യമായ 4550 സ്ക്വയർ മീറ്റർ ഷെയ്ഡ് നെറ്റ് എത്തിച്ചു തരുന്നതിന് തയ്യാറുള്ളവരിൽനിന്ന് മൽസരസ്വഭാവമുളള മുദ്രവെച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

നിരതദ്രവ്യം—1,500 രൂപ.

ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ 24-9-2010 രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ 9-11-2010 പകൽ 1 മണി വരെ പ്രവൃത്തി സമയങ്ങളിൽ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതും പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ 9-11-2010, 2 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേ ദിവസം പകൽ 3 മണിക്ക് (അന്നേദിവസം അവധിയായാൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം) അപ്പോൾ ഹാജരായിട്ടുള്ള കരാറുകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതും ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ നിരക്ക് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന ടെ≠റുകാരന് മേലധികാരിയുടെ അംഗീകാരത്തന് വിധേയമായി സ്ഥിരപ്പെടു ത്തുന്നതുമാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ കാരണം കാണിക്കാതെ നിരസിക്കുവാനോ മാററിവയ്ക്കുവാനോ ഉളള അധികാരം ഫാം സൂപ്ര≠ിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്. 100 രൂപയുടെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ നി›ിത മാതൃകയിലുളള പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടി ദർഘാസി നോടൊപ്പം ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം.

നെല്ലിയാംപതി ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഓറഞ്ച് ആന്റ ് വെജിറ്റബിൾ ഫാമിലേക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ 490 കി. ഗ്രാം ജി. എെ. വയർ എത്തിച്ചുതരുന്നതിന് തയ്യാറുള്ളവരിൽ നിന്നും മൽസര സ്വഭാവമുളള മുദ്രവെച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

നിരതദ്രവ്യം—1,200 രൂപ.

ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണവില—രൂപ 300 +വാറ്റ് 12.5%.

സാധനങ്ങൾ എത്തിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള കാലാവധി—ഉത്തരവ് നൽകി 7 ദിവസത്തിനകം.

ദർഘാസുകൾ മുദ്രവച്ച കവർ "കെമിസ്ട്രി, ഫിസിക്സ് വകുപ്പുകളിലേക്ക് ആവശ്യമുള്ള കെമിക്കൽസും ഉപകരണ ങ്ങളും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന്" എന്ന് മുദ്രണം ചെയ്തിരി ക്കണം. ദർഘാസുകൾ നേരിട്ട് സമർപ്പിക്കുകയോ തപാലിൽ അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ആവാം. തപാലിൽ ഉ≠ാകുന്ന കാലതാമസ ത്തിന് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ ഉത്തരവാദി ആയിരിക്കില്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ 8-11-2010 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിവരെ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. അസ്സൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന് 500+63 (വാറ്റ്)=563 രൂപ നൽകേ≠താണ്. ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന് 250+31 (വാറ്റ്)=281 രൂപയും നൽകേ≠താണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Lab Equipments and materials for Physics and Chemistry Department of Government College, Manimalakunnu during 2010-11.

The tenders should be superscribed " Lab Equipments and materials for Physics and Chemistry Department 2010-11" and addressed to the Principal, Government College, Manimalakunnu, Oliyappuram P. O., Koothattukulam, Ernakulam District, Kerala. The last date of receipt of tenders is at 2 p. m. on 8-11-2010. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p. m. on 8-11-2010 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.

Tender form can be had from the office upto 2 p. m. on working days either by cash or by Money Order for Rs. 500+VAT (12.5%). Duplicate tender form if required will be issued on payment of Rs. 250 + VAT (12.5%) per copy. Tender forms are not transferable. A self addressed, sufficiently stamped envelope should also be sent if the tender documents are required by post. Cheque, DD, Postage Stamp etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms, nor the form be sent by V. P. P. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 12 noon on 8-11-2010.

Total value of materials intended for purchase is Rs. 2,50,000.

The tender should be submitted along with EMD of 1% of total value by DD in favour of the Principal, Government College, Manimalakunnu, Koothattukulam, Ernakulam District, Kerala payable at SBT, Koothattukulam. An agreement should be executed on Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 should also be enclosed. The list of materials/equipments will be received from the departments concerned.

അടങ്കൽ തുക—രൂപ 2,50,000.

തപാലിൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ സ്വന്തം മേൽവിലാസം എഴുതി മതിയായ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് ഒട്ടിച്ച കവർ സഹിതം വില മണിയോർഡർ ആയി അയച്ചു തരേ≠താണ്. ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി അടച്ച തുക ഒരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല. അടങ്കൽ തുക യുടെ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യം കെട്ടിവയ്ക്കേ≠തും ദർഘാസു കളോടൊപ്പം 50 രൂപ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടിയും സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. അല്ലാത്തവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 8-11-2010, 2 മണിവരെയും അന്നേദിവസം 3 മണിക്ക് ഹാജരാ യിട്ടുള്ള ടെ≠റുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത ഏജന്റു മാരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറന്നു പരിശോധിക്കുന്ന തുമായിരിക്കും.

ഇതിലേക്കായി കണക്കാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ള അടങ്കൽ തുക ര≠ു ലക്ഷത്തി അമ്പതിനായിരം രൂപയാണ്. ഇതിനനുബന്ധമായ നിരതദ്രവ്യം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളുടെ പേരിൽ കൂത്താട്ടുകുളം എസ്. ബി. റ്റി. യിൽനിന്നും മാറാവുന്ന തരത്തിലുള്ള ഡി. ഡി. ആയിരിക്കണം. വിതരണം ചെയ്യേ≠ുന്ന വസ്തുക്കളുടെ ലിസ്റ്റ് ആവശ്യാനുസൃതം ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും ലഭ്യമാണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Water Purifier—Reverse Osmosis+Ultra Violet to Maharaja's College, Ernakulam under Plan fund 2010-11.

The tenders should be superscribed "Tender No. VII/2010-11 for the supply of Water Purifier under Plan fund 2010-11" and addressed to the Principal, Maharaja's College, Ernakulam. The tenders will be4 opened at 3.30 p. m. on 15-11-2010 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. Late tenders will not be accepted.

Estimated Cost —Rs. 50,000.

Intending tenderers may, on application to the Principal, Maharaja's College, Ernakulam, Kochi-11, obtain the requisite tender forms (before 2 p. m. on all working days) on which tender should be submitted. Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Chemicals required to the Drug Standardisation Unit & Rachana Sareera Department of Govt. Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2010-11 and for the supply up to 31-7-2011.

Sealed and superscribed tenders in the prescribed forms are invited for the supply of Lab Items for the use in the Nursing Foundation of the Government College of Nursing, Calicut. Estimtate Cost is Rs. 3,40,775.

Tender forms can be had from the office of the Principal, Government College of Nursing, Calicut direct on payment of Rs. 675 and by registered post on payment of Rs. 715 by Money Order. Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Net Book—25 Nos. to Police Headquarters, Thiruvananthapuram on or before 12 Noon on 15-11-2010.

Cost of tender forms—Rs. 900 + VAT @ 4%.

The tenders should be superscribed with tender number and name of the store articles and addressed to the Director General of Police, State Police Headquarters, Vellayambalam, Thiruvananthapuram-695 010, Kerala.

Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at the time mentioned above, in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives (with proof of identity) who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderes may on application to the Director General of Police, obtain requisite tender forms on which the tenders should be submitted.

Application for tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance, price fixed for the form which is not refundable. The tender forms are not transferable. The money order along with the request should reach Police Headquarters atleast 7 days before the closing of the sale of the tender documents enabling us to sent the documents well in advance.

Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) @ 1% of the quoted value should be furnished through DD (Demand Draft) drawn in favour of Assistant Inspector General of Police, Police Headquarters, Thiruvananthapuram-10 along with the tender documents. The firms which are exempted from furnishing EMD should produce a copy of relevant authorised document for verification. The tenders without EMD will be cancelled. The quoted amount should be inclusive of all taxes and levies.

Specifications and list of the items of each tender shall be obtainable from PHQ with the tender forms during the working hours of Police Headquarters. The firms should also furnish the detailed specifications, make, brochures, test report from Government Laboratories/Agencies, (wherever possible) along with tenders. The tenders without separate envelope and not superscribing the tender number and sample will be rejected.

As the items are urgently required, the selected bidder will have to supply the item without loss of time. The rates quoted should be valid and firm till 31-3-2011. Those firms registered with Store Purchase Rule Department and is under the control of Government should enclose the certificate in proof of it.

The Director General of Police is empowered to reject any tender without assigning any reason.
