Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of SMF Battery- 12 V for the 10 KVA UPS installed at the main block of Government Engineering College , Kozhikode-5.
The tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. P1 / 11 /2010-11 due on 9-11-2010 at 3 p . m. and addressed to the undersigned to reach him before 9-11-2010 at 3 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 11 a. m. on 10-11-2010 in the presence of such of the tenderers or ther authorised representatives who may be present at that time .
Intending tenderers , may on application to the undersigned to obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender forms should be accompanied by a Cash remittance of Rs . 416 including VAT which is the price fixed for the same and wich 1s non - refundable under any circumstances .
