Animal Husbandry Department SHORT TENDER NOTICE
(No. 01/2010 and 12/2010)
18th October 2010 .
No. B -526/2009 , B-956/2010 .
Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Rabies Antinucleocapdid fluorescent conjugate and Public Address System to Chief- Disease Investigation Office , Palode , Pacha P. O. , Thiruvananthapuram .
The tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. 01/2010 and 12/2010 for the purchase of Rabies Antinucleocapdid flourescent conjugate and Public Address System and should be addressed to the Chief Disease Investigation Officer, Palode, Pacha P.O. , Pin -695 562, Thiruvananthapuram District , Kerala . Last date for the receipt of the tender is 15-11-2010 at 4 p.m. Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at 10.30 a.m on 16-11-2010 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .
Estimate cost-Rs . 1,50,000 .
Intending tenderers can apply to the Chief Disease Investigation Officer , Palode , Pacha P. O. , Pin-695 562 , Thiruvananthapuram District for the prescribed tender form on which the tenders are to be submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 400 + VAT ( 12.5 %) and etc. which is the price fixed for a set of tender form and which is not refun- dable . The tender forms are not transferable . Those who wish to get tender form by post may send Rs . 500 by Money Order which includes cost taxes postal charges etc. Sale of the tender forms will be closed at 12 Noon on 15-11-2010 . Cheques , Postal Stamps, Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form nor will the forms be send as V.P.P. Duplicate forms if required will be issued @Rs . 200 (Rupees Two hundred only ) VAT (12.5% ) and Cess (1 %) per copy.

നിർദ്ദിഷ ദർഘാസുകൾ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന ചീഫ് ഡിസീസ് ഇൻവെസ്ററിഗേഷൻ ഓഫീസർ , പാലോട് , പച്ച പി . ഒ . , തിരുവനന്തപുരം , കേരളം , പിൻ -695 562 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ബന്ധപ്പെടേണ്ട. താണ് . നിർദ്ദിഷ്‌ട രൂപത്തിലുള്ള ദർഘാസുകളിൽ മാത്രമേ ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കുവാൻ പാടുളളു . ദർഘാസുകൾ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം 400 രൂപ (നാന്നൂറ് രൂപമാത്രം ) അതിൻറ 200 പ്രകാരമുളള നികുതിയും നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് . പ്രസ്‌ത തുക തിരികെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ. കൈമാറാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കണമെന്നുളളവർ 500 രൂപ ദർഘാസ് വില , വാററ് നികുതി , തപാൽ ചാർജ്ജ് എന്നീ ഇനങ്ങളിലായി മണി ഓർഡർ അയയ ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 15-11-2010 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിക്ക് അവസാനി പ്പിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകളുടെ വില ചെക്കായോ പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡറായോ ഡിമാൻറ് ഡ്രാഫ്ററായോ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകളുടെ പകർപ്പ ആവശ്യമുളളവർ 200 രൂപ + വാറ് നികുതിയും അടച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ സംബന്ധ‌ി ച്ചുളള കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും ഓഫീസ് സമയത്ത് ഈ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും അറിയാവുന്നതാണ് .
