SHORT TENDER NOTICE
[No. 1 /2010-11 ]
No. A5-1302 /2010 ,
8th October 2010 Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Lab Equipments , Chemicals and White Board for the Department of Physics , Chemistry , Zoology , Botany and Commerce under plan 2010-11 to Government College, Madappally. Tenders should be superscribed "Tender for the supply of Lab Equipments and Chemicals under Plan 2010-11 " and addressed to " the Principal , Government College, Madappally, Madappally College P.O. , Pin-673 102, Kozhikode District " . Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 11 a.m. on 19-11-2010 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .
Intending tenderers may submit an application to the Principal , Government College of Madappally , Madappally College P.O. , Pin- 673 102 , to obtain the requisite the tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for tender forms should be accompanied by cash remittance of Rs . 728 ( including VAT) which is the price fixed for a form and wuca is notretiadiote under any circumstances .
The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2.30 p . m, on 18-11-2010 . Cheques , Drafts, Postal orders , Postage stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms Duplicate tender forms if req nor will the forms be sent per V.P.P. (' ncluding VAT) per copy . if required will be issued at Rs . 364
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
1. The tender should be submitted in the prescribed form .
2. Cost of duplicate copy of tender form is Rs . 364.
3. Every tenderer who has not registered with the State Government Store Purchase Department should also remit 1 % of the total cost of articles tendered for . The EMD can be paid by way ofDD, FDR etc. DD towards EMD should be drawn on the SBT, Vatakara Branch . Total amount of the prices of articles quoted should be worked out quoting the price of each article .
4. The articles should be supplied ( installed) in the College within the specified period, at the cost of the contractor .
5. The price quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and duties .
6. The undersigned reserves the right to reject the tenders without assigning reasons .
മടപ്പളളി S2. കോളേജിലേക്ക് ' 2010-11 വർഷത്തിൽ പ്ലാൻ സ്കീമിൽ ഫിസിക്സ് , കെമിസ്ട്രി , സുവോളജി , ബോട്ടണി , കൊമേഴ‌് എന്നീ വകുപ്പുകളിലേക്കായി ലാബ് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ , രാസവസ്തുക്കൾ , വൈററ് ബോർഡ് എന്നിവ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവെച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു . ദർഘാസുകൾ അടക്കം ചെയ്തു കവറിനുപുറത്ത് 2010-11 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തിൽ "പ്ലാൻ സ്കീമിൽ ലാബ് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ , രാസവസ്തുക്കൾ എന്നിവ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ് " എന്ന് തലവാചകം എഴുതേണ്ടതും പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ് , മടപ്പളളി , പി . ഒ. മടപ്പള്ളി കോളേജ് , വടകര, പിൻ - 673 102, കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ല എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കുക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ് . നിശ്ചിത സമയപരിധിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. 19-11-2010 രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് ഹാജരാകുന്ന ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അംഗീകൃത പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിധ്യത്തിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം 18-11-2010 - ന ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2.30 മണിവരെ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും നേരിട്ട് വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് .
728 രൂപ മണിയോർഡറായോ പണമായോ അടച്ചാൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസിൻറ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക് , ഡാഫ്ററ് , പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ , പോസ്റേജ് സ്ററാമ്പ് എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് 00000 വി . പി , പി . ആയി ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല . 364 രൂപ അടച്ച് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടാൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ്റ് കോപ്പി ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
നിബന്‌ധനകൾ
1. സംസഥാന സ്റോാർ പർച്ചേസ് വകുപ്പിൽ രജിസ്ററർ ചെയ്യാത്ത ദർഘാസുകാർ അവർ ക്വാട്ട ചെയ്ത മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്തത സാധനങ്ങളുണ്ട ആകെ തുക എത്രയെന്ന് നിരക്ക രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന പേജിൽ കാണിക്കേണ്ടതും ആ തുകയുടെ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യം അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ് . നിരതദ്രവ്യം സ്ഥിര നിക്ഷേപ രസീത്/ഡിമാൻറ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ എന്നിവയായി അടയ്ക്കാവുന്നതാണ് . തായിരിക്കണം . എസ്.ബി.റ്റി ,, വടകര ശാഖയിൽ മാാവുന്ന 2. സാമഗ്രികൾ കോളേജിൽ വിതരണം ചെയ്യേണ്ട ( സ്ഥാപിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . എന്നിവ വിതരണക്കാർ വഹിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . കയറ്റിറക്ക്/കടത്തുകൂലി 3. 100 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൽ കാണിച്ചപ്രകാരമുള്ള ഒരു എഗ്രിമെൻറ് ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം അടക്കം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ് .
4. യാതൊരു കാരണവും കാണിക്കാതെ സമർപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ട പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ് . ദർഘാസ് നിരസിക്കാനുള്ള
