Sealed tenders in the prescribed forms are invited for the supply of ECG Paper-5000 roll to Medical College Hospital , Vandanam , Alappuzha .
Tender No. Cl - 5446/2010/ MCHA and due date should be superscribed on the envelope of ender . Tender should be addressed to the Superintendent , Medical College Hospital , Alappuzha . Last date of receipt of tender is 16-11-2010 at 11 a.m. Late tenders will not be accepted at any cost . The tender will be opened on 16-11-2010 at 3 p.m. in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time . Intending tenderers may obtain the tender form from the office of the Superintendent, Medical College Hospital , Alappuzha on or before 15-11-2010 at 3 p.m.
Price of tender form :
Original-Rs . 400+ VAT.
Duplicate-Rs . 200+ VAT.
The tender should be accompanied by an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 and E.M.D. of 1 % of the cost. The rules applicable to all tenders will be applicable to this tender also .

" എന്ന് പ്പെടുത്തി സൂപ്രണ്ട് , മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ് ആശുപത്രി , വണ്ടാനം, ആലപ്പുഴ എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 16-11-2010 പകൽ 11 മണിക്കു മുമ്പായി ആഫീസിൽ എത്തിക്കേണ്ട താണ് . താമസിച്ചു കിട്ടുന്ന ടെണ്ടറുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ 16-11-2010 പകൽ 3 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .

ദർഘാസുകൾ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ അതിൻറെ വിലയായ 400 രൂപയും വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയും ഡ്യൂരിക്കേറാം ഒന്നിന് 200 രൂപയും വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയും അടച്ച് 15-11-2010 പകൽ 3 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി വാങ്ങേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം 50 രൂപ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ കരാർ എഴുതിത്തരേണ്ടതും നിരതദ്രവ്യം കെട്ടിവയ്ക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ് . മൊത്തം വിലയുടെ 1%
നിയമങ്ങൾ എല്ലാ ദർഘാസുകൾക്കും ബാധകമായ ഇതിനും ബാധകമാണ്
ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ആശുപത്രി കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ അധികാരികളിൽ നിന്നും പ്രവൃത്തി സമയങ്ങളിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
