Industrial Training Department SHORT TENDER NOTICE

No. B4/4623 /2009 .
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Tools and Equipments for MRTV trade of Government I.T. I. , Chackai .
Cost of tender form ( Tax 12.5 % VAT) :
Original-Rs . 400 .
Duplicate Rs . 200 .
Last date and time of receipt of tender- 16-11-2010, 2 p.m.
The cover containing tenders should be super- scribed B4/03 /10 dated 7-10-2010 and addressed to the Principal , Govt . I. T. I. , Chackai . Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p . m . on 16-11-2010 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised represent- atives who may be present at that time .
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government I. TI . , Chackai obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 450 + VAT @ 12.5 % which is the price fixed for a form/set of forms and which is not refundable under any circumstances . Kerala Stamp Paper required for executing preliminary agreement along with the tender will be provided to firms outside Kerala , if they remit an amount of Rs . 125 by money order separately. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2 p. m. on 15-11-2010 . Cheques , Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms , nor will the forms be sent as V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms , if required will be issued on remittance of cost .

ദർഘാസുകളുടെ കവറിനുമുകളിൽ ബി 4/03/10 തീയതി 7-10-2010 എന്ന് വ്യക്തമായി രേഖപ്പെടു ത്തേണ്ടതും ആയവ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഐ . ററി . ഐ . , ചാക്ക എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ നിശ്ചിത തീയതിക്ക് മുൻപായി ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കേണ്ട തുമാണ് . അവസാന തീയതിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . 16-11-2010-0 3 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നവരുടെയോ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന 16-11-2010 , 2 മണിവരെ , മുമ്പിൽവച്ച് മുദ്രവച്ച തീയതി
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഐ . ററി , ഐ . ചാക്കയുടെ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ( ₪ 400 + വാറ് @ 12.5 % ) ഒടുക്കി വാങ്ങാവുന്ന താണ് . പ്രസ്തു‌ത തുക യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 15-11-2010 - ന് 2 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്ന തായിരിക്കും . ചെക്കുകൾ പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡറുകൾ എന്നിവ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുളള കമ്പനികൾ സ്ററാമ്പ് പേപ്പറിന് 125 രൂപ അയയ്ക്കുന്നപക്ഷം വാങ്ങി അയച്ചുതരുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വി.പ.പി. ആയി അയച്ചു തരുന്നതല്ല . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ് ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ , വില ഒടുക്കുന്നപക്ഷം ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്ന താണ് .
