NOTICE
No. WCA-511/2010. 18th October 2010.
Whereas The United India Insurance Co. Ltd., Thiruvananthapuram has deposited with this court an amount of Rs. 7,00,030 (Rupees Seven lakhs and thirty) only as Workmen's Compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased workman Sri Rajan who met with a fatal accident on 24-1-2003 arising out of and in the course of his employment under the above employer.
And whereas an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, Chirayinkeezh it is understood that the following persons are the dependents of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section 2(1)(d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923.
DETAILS OF DEPENDENTS
Now, therefore notice is hereby given that any other persons claiming to be the dependents of the deceased workman should prefer their claims, in writing before me within 15 days (fifteen days) from the date of publication of this notice in the official gazette. If no such claims are received within the stipulated time limit, the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the dependents mentioned above. Claims, if any, preferred thereafter will not be considered.

നൽകുന്നതിനായി 7,00,030 രൂപ (ഏഴ് ലക്ഷത്തി മുപ്പത് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്. തൊഴിലാളികൾക്കുള്ള നഷ്ടപരിഹാര ആക്ടിലെ 2(1) (ഡി) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവചിച്ച പ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ മരണസമയത്തെ ആശ്രിതരായി (1) ശ്രീമതി കുഞ്ഞി (മാതാവ്), C/o ശ്രീ രാജൻ, രാജി നിവാസ്, മുടപുരം, കീഴുവിലം, (2) ശ്രീമതി ബിന്ദു (ഭാര്യ), ചരുവിള 23rd FEB. 2010] LABOUR DEPARTMENT 122 രവി എന്ന രവികുമാർ എന്ന തൊഴിലാളിയുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റ് ആരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുൻപാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും
ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനു ശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ ഒന്നുംതന്നെ
പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

നോട്ടീസ്
നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി നാഷണൽ ഇൻഷ്വറൻസ് കമ്പനി ലിമിറ്റ്ഡ്, തൃശൂർ 4,33,820 (നാല് ലക്ഷത്തി മുപ്പത്തി മൂന്നായിരത്തി എണ്ണൂറ്റി ഇരുപത് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്. വർക്ക്മെൻസ് കോമ്പൻസേഷൻ ആക്ടിലെ 2(1)(ഡി) വകുപ്പനുസരിച്ച് നിർവചിച്ചപ്രകാരം മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. രവി എന്ന രവികുമാറിന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി (1) ശ്രീ. എം. രാമൻകുട്ടി-അ—ൻ, (2) ശ്രീമതി വി. രു‹ിണി- അമ്മ എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളുവെന്ന് ചിറ്റൂർ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ലേബർ ഓഫീസർ അറിയിച്ചിട്ടു≠്. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റ് ആരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച് 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുൻപാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരവകാശവാദവും ഉന്നയിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ മുഴുവൻ തുകയും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
