TENDER NOTICE

Rate should be quoted against payment in Indian

Rupees only. The tender which do not satisfy the No. D1/9400/2007/MCC. 1st October 2010.

Sealed and competitive tenders in the prescribed forms are invited from the authorized manufacturers for the Construction of Sound Proof Audiology Room for the Department of ENT, Medical College, Kozhikode.

Stamp Paper will be supplied to the firms outside

Kerala, on request, along with the remittance of Rs. 140 by

Money Order taken in favour of Principal, Medical

College, Kozhikode.

Total Approximate cost—Rs. 9,00,000.

Date upto which the rates are to be firm—31-3-2011.

കോഴിക്കോട് മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജിനോടനുബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള ഇ.എൻ.ടി. വിഭാഗത്തിലേക്ക് സൗ≠് ഓഡിയോളജി മുറിയുടെ നിർമ്മാണത്തിന് മുദ്രവച്ച മൽസരാടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. Tender forms can be had from the Office of the Principal, Medical College, Kozhikode directly on payment of Rs. 1,600 on or before 15-11-2010 at 3.30 p. m. or by Registered Post on or before 6-11-2010 at 3 p. m. producing Money Order taken in favour of Principal, Medical College, Kozhikode for Rs. 1,640. Tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. D1/9400/2007/MCC and addressed to the Principal, Medical College, Calicut-673 008. Tenders should be submitted on or before 16-11-2010, 11 a.m. Belated tenders will not be accepted. Each tender should be submitted along with an agreement signed and executed in Kerala Govt. Stamp Paper worth Rs. 100 and EMD @ 1% of the total cost of the items tendered for. 100 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള കേരള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ നി›ിത ദർഘാസുകൾ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ്, കോഴിക്കോട്-673 008 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. വൈകി ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ താഴെ കാണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ദിവസം രാവിലെ 11.30-ന് ദർഘാസുകാരന്റെയോ അംഗീകൃത ഏജന്റിന്റെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കപ്പെടും.

മാതൃകയിലുള്ള സമ്മതപത്രം 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തോടുകൂടി

ദർഘാസിന്റെകൂടെ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില—1,600 രൂപ.

തപാൽ വഴിയുള്ള വില—1,640 രൂപ.

ദർഘാസുകൾ കോഴിക്കോട് മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ് ദർഘാസ് ഫോമുകൾ തപാൽവഴി വിൽപ്പന തീരുന്ന പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ തീയതിയും സമയവും—6-11-2010 വൈകുന്നേരം 3.30 മണി.

ലഭ്യമാണ്. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ പ്രസ്തുത ആഫീസിൽനിന്നും ദർഘാസുകൾ ലഭിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
