ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങളും മറ്റുവിശദവിവരങ്ങളും താഴെ ഒപ്പുവച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്റെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നും 10 മണി മുതൽ 5 മണിവരെ എല്ലാ പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും 26-11-2010 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിവരെയും ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിന്റെ വില രൊക്കം പണമായോ മണിയോർഡർ ആയോ അടച്ച് രേഖാമൂലം അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിന്റെ വില ഒരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ ലഭിക്കു ന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിലെ അംഗീകൃത കരാറുകാർക്ക് മാത്രം ലഭിക്കുന്നതും അന്യോന്യം കൈമാറാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു. കേരള പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിലെ ദർഘാസുകളെ സംബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള മറ്റെല്ലാ വ്യവസ്ഥകളും ഇതിനും ബാധകമാണ്.

Competitive tenders in sealed covers superscribing the name of work is invited by the Superintending Engineer, Buildings & Local Works, Central Circle, Thrissur on behalf of the Governor of Kerala from registered eligible class of contractors of PWD for the following work through Registered Post/Courier Service. The tenders will be accepted upto 4 p. m. on the last date of receipt of tender prescribed for the work.

Tender documents and other particulars can be had from the office of the undersigned during office hours from 1-12-2010 till 3-12-2010 upto 1 p. m. on application in writing and payment of cost of tender documents (not refundable) either in cash or by money order or can be downloaded from the website of Kerala PWD upto the last date of receipt of tenders. Cost of tender form should2 be remitted as demand draft in favour of Superintending Engineer, PWD Buildings & Local Works, Central Circle, Thrissur. The EMD produced for the work should pledged in favour of Superintending Engineer, Buildings & Local Works, Central Circle, Thrissur with name of work.

The tenders will be opened on the last date of receipt at 4.30 p. m. in the presence of available tenderers.

Along with the tender documents, attested copies of registration certificate of contractors should be enclosed.

If the last date of receipt of the tender is to be declared as holiday, tenders will be received on the next working day according to the schedule fixed. Preliminary agreement should be enclosed duly filled and signed by the tenderers in Stamp Paper worth Rs. 100. Tenders not complying with the above conditions will not be accepted.

All the rules in PWD regarding the tenders are applicable to this tender also. Department is not responsible for any postal delay in receiving tenders.

ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങളും മറ്റു വിവരങ്ങളും ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും 1-12-2010 മുതൽ 3-12-2010 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിവരെ പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിന്റെ വില രൊക്കമായോ മണിയോർഡറായോ അടച്ച് രേഖാമൂലം അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. കൂടാതെ കേരള പി.ഡബ്ലിയു.ഡി. യുടെ വെബ്സൈറ്റിൽ നിന്നും ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി വരെ ഡൗൺലോഡ് ചെയ്ത് എടുക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിന്റെ വില സൂപ്ര≠ിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ പേരിൽ തൃശ്ശൂരിൽ മാറാവുന്നവിധം ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റായി ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങളോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിനുവേ≠ി അടയ്ക്കുന്ന തുക യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന ദിവസം 4.30-ന് സന്നിഹിതരായിട്ടുള്ള കരാറുകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കു ന്നതാണ്. മുകളിൽ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസ് തീയതി ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ അവധി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ അടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം ടി സമയത്ത് ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങളോടൊപ്പം കരാറുകാരുടെ രജിസ്ട്രേഷന്റെ സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ പകർപ്പ് ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. നിരതദ്രവ്യം സൂപ്ര≠ിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ പേരിൽ പണയപ്പെടുത്തിയതും പ്രവർത്തിയുടെ പേര് ആലേഖനം ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളതുമായിരിക്കണം. പ്രിലിമിനറി എഗ്രിമെന്റ ് നൂറുരൂപ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ എഴുതി ഒപ്പിട്ട് സമർപ്പി ക്കേ≠താണ്. മേൽ പറഞ്ഞ വ്യവസ്ഥ പാലിക്കാത്തതും നേരിട്ട് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നതുമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പിന്റെ ദർഘാസുകൾ സംബന്ധിച്ച എല്ലാ വ്യവസ്ഥകളും ഇതിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

1. The work shall be completed in all respect in three months after handing over of the site.

2. Routing of all cables, location of junction boxes etc. are to be done without affecting the road traffic.

3. Cables, Conduits, Connectors are to be supplied only of approved make and models and the samples to be provided and got approved before the commencement of work by the Assistant Executive Engineer, PWD Electronics Sub-division, Thrissur.

4. Top quality workmanship and neatness shall be maintained in cabling works and its termination in junction boxes.

5. Quantity of items in the schedule may vary subject to the site requirement and payment will be made to the actual quantity of the materials used for the work.

6. On site replacement warranty for the installation shall be five years after the successful completion and commissioning of the installations. Including battery, LED lights etc.

7. 80% of payment will be made after the completion of work, then 10% of payment after one year, then the next 10% after two years.

8. The contractor must have experience in doing similar works in last two years in Kerala and should produce the proof for the same.

9. Firms or Company quoting the rate shall have service centre at Ernakulam.

10. SD shall be released only after two years of completion of the work on submission of bank guarantee for equivalent amount.

11. Repairs of the traffic signal system shall be done within two hours of registering the complaint over telephone by the concerned authority (Assistant Engineer, Electronics, PWD Ernakulam).

12. The contractor has to produce a Bank Guarantee equal to 10% of the contract PAC of the work at the time of execution of the agreement.

13. Quote year wise Annual Maintenance Contract for the next 5 years after the warranty period in the tender.

14. All the terms and conditions in the tender shall be binding on the contractor [vide G. O. (P) 245/76/PW dated 19-11-1976.]

Competitive tenders in sealed covers superscribing the name of works are invited by the Superintending Engineer, Buildings & Local Works, Central Circle, Thrissur on behalf of the Governor of Kerala from registered eligible class of contractors of PWD for the following works through Registered Post/Courier Service. The tenders will be accepted upto 4 p. m. on the last date of receipt of tender prescribed for the work.

The tender documents and other particulars can be had from the office of the undersigned during office hours from 1-12-2010 till 3-12-2010 upto 1 p. m. on application in writing and payment of cost of tender documents (not refundable) either in cash or by money order or can be downloaded from the website of Kerala PWD upto the last date of receipt of tenders. Cost of tender form should be remitted as demand draft in favour of Superintending Engineer, PWD Buildings & Local Works, Central Circle, Thrissur. The EMD produced for each work should be pledged in favour of Superintending Engineer, Buildings and Local Works, Central Circle, Thrissur with name of work. The tenders will be opened on the last date of receipt at 4.30 p. m. in the presence of available tenderers.

Along with the tender documents, attested copies of registration certificate of contractors should be enclosed. If the last date of receipt of the tender is to be declared as holiday, tenders will be received on the next working day according to the schedule fixed. Preliminary agreement should be enclosed duly filled and signed by the tenderers in stamp paper worth Rs. 100. Tenders not complying with the above conditions will not be accepted. All the rules in PWD regarding the tenders are applicable to this tender also. Department is not responsible for any postal delay in receiving tenders.
