മലമ്പുഴ എച്ച്. ഡി. ഫാമിലേക്ക് 2010-11 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തിൽ ആവശ്യമായ വിവിധതരത്തിലുള്ള പോളിത്തീൻ സാമഗ്രികൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് ദർഘാസ് ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു. പോളിത്തീൻ കവറുകൾ, ഷീറ്റുകൾ, കുഴലുകൾ, തുടങ്ങിയ സാമഗ്രികളുടെ വിവരങ്ങൾ ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നു ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഒരെണ്ണത്തിനിത്ര എന്ന് വിശദമായി രേഖപ്പെടു ത്തിയിരിക്കണം.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ മലമ്പുഴ എച്ച്. ഡി. ഫാം ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ കാലത്ത് 10 മണി മുതൽ വൈകിട്ട് 5 മണിവരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയും നികുതിയും ഓഫീസിൽ ഒടുക്കേ≠താണ്. ആയതിന്റെ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനൊപ്പം ഫോട്ടോ പതിച്ച തിരിച്ചറിയൽ കാർഡിന്റെ പകർപ്പും ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്ത കവറിന് പുറത്ത് ഇന്നയിനം സാമഗ്രി വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ് എന്നും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം. ദർഘാസിൽ പ്രേക്ഷിതന്റെ പൂർണ്ണ മേൽവിലാസം രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം. 3,250 രൂപയുടെ നിരതദ്രവ്യം അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ഡയറക്ടർ ഓഫ് അഗ്രിക്കൾച്ചർ, എച്ച്. ഡി. ഫാം, മലമ്പുഴ എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ സ്റ്റേറ്റ് ബാങ്ക് ഓഫ് ഇൻഡ്യ, സിവിൽ സ്റ്റേഷൻ ശാഖ, പാലക്കാട് മാറാവുന്ന ഡി. ഡി. എന്നിവ പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠ താണ്. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം 2010 നവംബർ 18 വ്യാഴാഴ്ച കാലത്ത് 11 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. ദർഘാസുകൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. അന്നേദിവസം ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിക്ക് അപ്പോൾ സന്നിഹിതരായവരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. പ്രസ്തുത ദിവസം മുടക്കമാണെങ്കിൽ അടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തിദിവസം ഇതേസമയം ഇതേ വ്യവസ്ഥയിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ നിരക്ക് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ദർഘാസ് പാലക്കാട് പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ കൃഷി ഓഫീസറുടെ അംഗീകാരത്തിന് വിധേയമായി താൽക്കാലികമായി ഉറപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. നിരക്ക് അംഗീകരിച്ചു ഉത്തരവായാൽ കരാറുകാരൻ സ്വന്തം ചെലവിലും ഉത്തരവാദിത്വ ത്തിലും ടി സാമഗ്രികൾ ഫാമിൽ എത്തിച്ചുതരേ≠താണ്.

ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവും പറയാതെ നീട്ടിവയ്ക്കു ന്നതിനും നിർത്തിവയ്ക്കുന്നതിനും കൃഷി ഓഫീസർക്ക് അധികാരം ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. സർക്കാർ ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്കുള്ള എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമാണ്. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ മലമ്പുഴ എച്ച്. ഡി. ഫാം ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

മലമ്പുഴ എച്ച്. ഡി. ഫാമിലേക്ക് 2010-11 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തിൽ ആവശ്യമായ ആറ്റുമണൽ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്ന തിന് ദർഘാസ് ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. ഒരു ക്യൂബിനിത്ര രൂപ എന്ന് വിശദമായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ മലമ്പുഴ എച്ച്. ഡി. ഫാം ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ കാലത്ത് 10 മണി മുതൽ വൈകിട്ട് 5 മണി വരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയും നികുതിയും ഓഫീസിൽ ഒടുക്കേ≠താണ്. ആയതിന്റെ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകു ന്നതല്ല. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനൊപ്പം ഫോട്ടോ പതിച്ച തിരിച്ചറിയൽ കാർഡിന്റെ പകർപ്പും ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്ത കവറിന് പുറത്ത് ഇന്നയിനം സാമഗ്രി വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതി നുള്ള ദർഘാസ് എന്നും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം. ദർഘാ സിൽ പ്രേക്ഷിതന്റെ പൂർണ്ണ മേൽവിലാസം രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരി ക്കണം. 3,250 രൂപയുടെ നിരതദ്രവ്യം അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ്് ഡയറക്ടർ ഓഫ് അഗ്രിക്കൾച്ചർ, എച്ച്. ഡി. ഫാം, മലമ്പുഴ എന്ന വിലാസ ത്തിൽ സ്റ്റേറ്റ് ബാങ്ക് ഓഫ് ഇൻഡ്യ, സിവിൽ സ്റ്റേഷൻ ശാഖ പാലക്കാട് മാറാവുന്ന ഡി. ഡി. എന്നിവ പൂരിപ്പിച്ച് ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം 2010 നവംബർ 18 വ്യാഴാഴ്ച കാലത്ത് 11 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. ദർഘാസുകൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. അന്നേദിവസം ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിക്ക് അപ്പോൾ സന്നിഹിതരായവരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. പ്രസ്തുത ദിവസം മുടക്കമാണെങ്കിൽ അടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം ഇതേസമയം ഇതേ വ്യവസ്ഥയിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കു ന്നതായിരിക്കും. ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ നിരക്ക് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ദർഘാസ് പാലക്കാട് പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ കൃഷി ഓഫീസറുടെ അംഗീകാരത്തിന് വിധേയമായി താൽക്കാലികമായി ഉറപ്പിക്കു കയും ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.

നിരക്ക് അംഗീകരിച്ചു ഉത്തരവായാൽ കരാറുകാരൻ സ്വന്തം ചെലവിലും ഉത്തരവാദിത്വത്തിലും ഗുണമേ∑യുള്ള മണൽ ഫാമിൽ എത്തിച്ചുതരേ≠താണ്. മണലിന്റെ ഗുണനില വാരം തൃപ്തികരമല്ലെന്ന് ക≠ാൽ അതു നിരസിക്കുവാനുള്ള അധികാരം കൃഷി ഓഫീസർക്കു≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവും പറയാതെ നീട്ടിവയ്ക്കുന്നതിനും നിർത്തിവയ്ക്കുന്നതിനും കൃഷി ഓഫീസർക്ക് അധികാരം ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. സർക്കാർ ദർഘാസുകൾക്കുള്ള എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമാണ്. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ മലമ്പുഴ എച്ച്. ഡി. ഫാം ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Autoclave—1 No. for the use of Institute of Animal Health & Veterinary Biologicals, Palode, Pacha P. O., Thiruvananthapuram.

The tender should be superscribed as "Tender No. XXI/2010-11" Supply of "Autoclave for TCRP" and should be addressed to the Director, Institute of Animal Health and Veterinary Biologicals, Palode, Pacha P. O., Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, Pin-695 562. Last date for the receipt of the tender is 12-11-2010 at 11 a. m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 11.30 a.m. on 12-11-2010 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives may present at that time.

SPECIFICATION

Tissue culture Anti- Each ml containing->2.5 IU Rabies Vaccine—10 ml vials. as per the standards specified by the WHO suitable for immunization of dogs and other domestic animals against Rabies for both Prophylatic and Post exposure therapy, should have an expected immunity of not less than two years.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

1. The vaccine should be of latest standards and should have minimum 75% shelf life left under normal storage condition at the time of supply.

2. The rates quoted should be inclusive of all taxes.

3. All offers should be from ready stock in the original packing of the manufacturer.

4. The tenderers should give the patent name of the vaccine specifically in their tender. Literature showing the composition of the vaccine and details of dosage schedule recommended by the manufacturer should be given along with the tender. Change in the specification of the vaccine, unit of packing etc. will not be accepted after placing supply orders.

5. The Security Deposit furnished will be released only after satisfactory completion of the contract.

6. The rates should be for delivery F. O. R. at the 14 District Head quarters.

7. Ex-go down rates and F. O. R. station of Despatch rates offered by the firms are not acceptable and such tenders will be summarily rejected.

8. On the label of each packing it should be inscribed "For the use of Animal Husbandry Department, Kerala".

9. The quantities specified in the schedule are only approximate and they may vary according to actual need.

10. The successful tenderers should supply the items at the approved rates and conditions to the local self governments and other Departmental institutions as per their request.

11. The successful tenderers should complete all supplies within the stipulated time stated in the supply orders. No extention of supply period will be granted.

12. The non-availability of raw materials, price hike of raw materials, transportation problems etc. will not be accepted as reasons for non-supply or late supply.

13. The rates should be quoted in Indian Currency, and payment will be made in Indian Currency only.

14. The successful tenderers should produce analytical report of every batch of vaccine they have supplied, to the Controlling Officer of the destination, at the time of the supply and send a copy to the Director of Animal Husbandry.

15. The Director of Animal Husbandry reserves all rights to cancel the tender without assigning any reason thereof.

16. The Director of Animal Husbandry on his authority has the right to inspect the manufacturing unit.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Waterpurifier, Waterpumping Motor, Weed Cutting Machines etc. to Government Brennen College, Dharmadam, Thalassery under UGC Scheme Special grant for enhancement of initiatives for capacity building in Colleges for a Total Amount of Rs. 2,00,000.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government Brennen College, Dharmadam, Thalassery-6 obtain requisite tender form on which the tender should be submitted. The cost of the tender form is Rs. 420. Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Glasswares required to the Drug Standardisation Unit of Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2010-11 and for the supply upto 31-7-2011.

Tenders should be superscribed "Supply of Chemicals" addressed to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram. The last date for receipt of tenders will be at 3 p. m. on 15-11-2010. The late tenders will not be accepted. Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Govt. Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram to obtain tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by cash remittance of Rs. 416 (cost of tender form Rs. 400+ VAT Rs. 16) which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. Tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 1 p. m. on 18-11-2010. Cheque, Postal orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms. Those who wish to purchase tender forms by post shall send an additional amount of Rs. 50 by money order to cover postal charges. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued at Rs. 208 (cost of tender form Rs. 200+ VAT Rs. 8) per copy.

The tenders will be opened at 11 a. m. on 20-11-2010 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

പിൻ-673 005 എന്ന പേരിൽ അയച്ചുതരേ≠താണ്. കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ള കമ്പനിക്കാർക്ക് കേരള മുദ്രപത്രം ആവശ്യ മാണെങ്കിൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയോടൊപ്പം 75 രൂപ കൂടി അധികമായി അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്.

Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned to obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs. 416 including VAT which is the price fixed for the same and which is non-refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable.Sale of tender form will be closed at 2 p.m. on 18-11-2010. Drafts, Cheques, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms, nor will the form be sent per V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued at Rs. 208 including VAT per copy.

As per tender condition the tenderer should send along with his tender an agreement executed and signed in Kerala Stamp Paper of value Rs. 50 and an EMD of 1% of the total cost of the articles tendered. Tenders without agreement and EMD will be rejected. Those who want the tender form by post should send Rs. 466 including VAT by Money Order to the undersigned. Outside firms who desire to get Kerala Stamp Paper should send an additional amount of Rs. 75 along with the cost of tender forms.

ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന കവറിനുമുകളിൽ ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ പി.1/12/2010-11, തീയതി 19-11-2010 ഇവ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ട ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന് 19-11-2010, 3 മണിക്കുമുൻപ് സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. താമസിച്ചു കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ 20-11-2010-ന് രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിച്ച ആളുകളുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ആധികാരികമായി തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.
