to issue Succession Certificate to the Petitioner to collect gold Muttathil House, Sreekandamangalam P. O.,
ornaments belonging to the petitioner which was deposited by now residing at House No. 31/67 'Awya'
the father of the petitioner Ambalipadom Road,
Sri G. Balakrishnan Nair, Muttathil House, Sreekandamangalam Vyttila P. O., Pin-682 019,
P. O., Kottayam, Pin-686 562, with her consent in the State Ernakulam Village, Kanayannur Taluk.
Bank of Travancore, Athirampuzha Branch, Kottayam in the
name of aforesaid G. Balakrishnan Nair, the father of the Respondents:–

A/c നമ്പർ 67082516451 പ്രകാരമുള്ള 2,00,000 രൂപയും പലിശയും S. B. A/c നമ്പർ 57010311933 പ്രകാരമുള്ള 95,316 രൂപയും പലിശയും ടിയാന്റെ അവകാശികൾക്ക് കിട്ടുന്നതിനുവേ≠ി ബോധിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള മേൽ നമ്പർ കേസ് 4-1-2011 തീയതിക്ക് വിചാരണയ്ക്ക് വച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതും ടി കേസിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും കക്ഷി ചേരുന്നതിനോ എന്തെങ്കിലും തർക്കം പറയാനോ ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ അന്നേ ദിവസം രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് കോടതി മുമ്പാകെ ഹാജരായി ബോധിപ്പിക്കേ≠തും അല്ലാത്ത പക്ഷം കേസിൽ ആർക്കും തർക്കമില്ലെന്ന തീരുമാനത്തിൽ അന്യായം തീർപ്പാക്കുന്നതുമാണെന്ന വിവരം ഇതിനാൽ അറിയിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
