Brief Description/
m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tender will be Quantity
opened at 11 a. m. on 8-12-2010 in the presence of such of Specification of the item
the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be
present at that time.
CTP System of the following specification

Plate output between 12-25 plates per hour,
Resolution 2400 or 2540 dpi Intending tenderers may on application to the Managing Director, Kerala Books and Publications Society, Kakkanad P. O., Kochi-682 030 obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders are to be submitted. Application for tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs. 8,438 including KVAT which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Cheques, Stamps, etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms, nor will the forms be sent per V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at Rs. 4,275 including KVAT per copy. Those who want the form by post/courier have to pay Rs. 50 extra towards postage charges.
Interested parties may also download the prescribed tender form from the web site www.keralabooks.org , but the tender when submitted shall invariably contain the price of Rs. 8,438 by Demand Draft, being the cost of the tender form, failing which the tender submitted will be treated as invalid. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 12.30 p. m. on 4-12-2010.
