27th October 2010 .
No. S2/5401 /2010/ AVC .
Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Medical Journals for the Govt. Ayurveda College Library , Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2010-11 .
Cost of tender form:
Original Rs . 416.
Duplicate Rs . 208 .
on Each tenders should be addressed to the Principal , Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram. The last date of the receipt of tenders will be at 3 p . m . 24-11-2010 . The late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p.m. on 24-11-2010 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present atthat time .
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram to obtain tender forms on which tenders should be submitted . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 1 p.m. on 24-11-2010. Cheque, Postal Order etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms . Those who wish to purchase tender forms by post shall sent an additional amount of Rs . 100 by Money Order to cover postal charges. In the cover containing tender form should be superscribed " Tender for Government Ayurveda College Library Journals , Thiruvananthapuram . "
Intending tenderers should deposit an amount of1% of the total cost quoted rate as Earnest Money Deposit by Demand Draft in favour of the Principal , Government Ayurveda College , Thiruvananthapuram together with an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 100. The rate quoted shall remain firm for acceptance till 31-3-2011 . The Principal , Govt . Ayurveda College , Thiruvananthapuram will have powers to accept or reject any tenders without assigning any reason .

പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം ജേർണൽ.സിൻറെ മൊത്തം വിലയുടെ 1 % ( ഒരു ശതമാനം ) നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തിന്നിന് തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ പേരിൽ എടുത്തത ഡിമാൻറ് (ഡ്രാഫ്‌ററും 100 രൂപയുടെ കേരളസംസ്ഥാന മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഒരു എഗ്രിമെൻറും ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഏതൊരു ടെണ്ടറും കാരണം കാണിക്കാതെ നിരസിക്കാനോ മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കാനോ ഉളള അധികാരം തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്‌തമായിരിക്കും .
